Zero stars for this location. The women behind the counter are absolutely incompetent. They gave me the wrong size envelope, overcharged me and on top of that attitude! I will be raising an issue with the postmaster because this has happened several times now and no one should have to put up with this.

My grandma applied for a passport for my little sister back in April 2024 and still have not received the passport and it’s already August 2024 she also payed for expedited delivery which takes 2-3 weeks and regular delivery is 6-8 I am beyond disappointed and when I went back to speak to the lady who supposedly took all there information she gave me attitude stating expedited shipping takes 9-10 weeks and I told her expedited service is 2 to 3 weeks because I got regular service at a different Postal Service and I got my passport within the six weeks so my grandma should’ve came within the 2 to 3 weeks and she was so adamant that it takes 9 to 10 weeks for expedited service this is very upsetting DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR PASSPORTS.

I got there 10 minutes before closing & waited 10 mins to be seen. The one Asian lady worker closed her register down while the other lady continued to work and I waited then called up and why I waited so long was because her printer kept on jamming. Instead of the Asian lady checking me out she closed down. Talk about team work. She saw her coworker struggling and shut down instead of helping her by getting me out of the way. Then when it was my turn for her to print her printer jammed again she kept trying and trying. I asked can you switch out printers can you switch to another computer and after 20 mins of messing with her printer she was going to try to print my label at the other register and the Asian lady told her we have to get the truck they are waiting then she said sorry you'll just have to come back later tomorrow to get this done! And kept telling me no they couldn't take it. I said what I was here before 5 and I am disabled and had to get a ride because I can't drive anymore. I live far away from that post office too. I was so upset they did not put the customer first the Asian lady is always disrespectful and rude to everyone and every time I've gone there they are always bickering and extremely moody. Someone needs to check into this post office it used to be nice when the black guy and Asian guy ran the front now it's a black lady and an Asian lady. Black lady is nice but the Asian one she's extremely rude & always arguing.

I had a terrible customer service experience today at this Post Office. I had pre labelled packages 6 of them. I all needed them to be scanned and get my drop off receipt (as USPS is popular losing packages a lot these days). I arrived at 4.50 pm, they still had enough time, but Wendy , very unprofessionally, tried to say she may not have enough time scan my 6 packages, it takes less than a minute. She was very slow intentionally scanning packages and looking every part of packages. She found one package had label printed 2 days ago and she didnt want to accept package. She called her manager John R. he was also very rude questioning why I didn’t ship on the date I printed. I said I dont have to, labels have 28 days to use, actually it never expires. You pay for it, why would they refuse? They both wasted time, questioning my packages and had other customers wait in line.They both do not deserve the job, there are a lot of citizens willing to do better job.I will report to USPS management for investigation. But this is not acceptable at all.

Nice, clean office and quick to drop off mail. Sometimes the place gets busy, but personnel are courteous and helpful. I recommend this place.

Poor communication. I have proof I've tried contacting this site multiple times using email, mail delivery issue requests, and phone calls over 2 weeks and have heard nothing back from anyone. Now the company I made my order from is having issues refunding me my money because there is no evidence the package wasn't delivered! Because this place won't return emails and phone calls!!! I am making sure I go as high up as I can to report the negligence and poor business practices of this Post office.

We haven't had mail delivered in over 4 months!!! After paying all these ridiculous property and city taxes we can't even get our mail delivered. When asked, they grinned and said we just don't know. Absolute absurdity, fire them all

The people here were terrible and ill mannered, they will not help you, I ended up going to the ups by stater bros. Do yourself a favor if your doing anything more than the basic sending an envelope go somewhere else. I hate going there

Had a wonderful experience here last week when I went in for Passport service. Alma was great, she was so kind and friendly and extremely helpful. Front staff was nice greeted u with a smile. Will definitely be back . (Customer Service Matters.) Thank you Alma.
