I'm having a problem with the mail carrier not picking up my out going mail unless I have incoming mail. This has happened twice this week even though the flag is up. This is on Charles Ave, Mira Loma

I was their at 3pm today, I was having 10 envelopes with Metter stamps,weighing my mail she kept putting her hand on scale, she got upset and cause i told her your weighing my maill Md hand on scale, she got rude and nasty with me embarrassed me front of the whole line. Saying after the 2nd time she was ok, and that the mail got weighed on the first time. Very rude mira loma post office.

Beware of Britney: Specifically for colored people. That's how I felt. Feelings don't lie.
I wanted to ship something.… She told me “It comes with insurance” $40+ shipping. (maybe she gets a commission on sales)
I was walking out. She said let me try without insurance. It went down to <$20.
Then:. I asked for a tape to stick the address on the envelope. She said we don't have it. You have to buy or come back tomorrow (the post office is closing).
I had a business account before: USPS shipped me boxes for free. USPS was not stingy like I see now. Maybe it's just Britney.
Other locations do have basic packaging supplies to help the customers Above and Beyond.
NOTE: you are not going to get any help with supplies at this location.
As a professional, she should have offered me insurance. NOT imposed on me to buy.

I have NEVER experienced such a sorry postal delivery service such as from THIS particular USPS office! I percent of the delivers are screwed up with the postal delivery spectacle (person[?]) NOT paying attention to the most important part of the address -- the BUILDING AND APARTMENT NUMBERS! We have approximately 40 BUILDINGS, with each have numerically numbered apartments; i.e. 1 through 5. THIS delivery spectacle (person[?]) only sees the apartment numbers and simply ignores the building numbers. Imagine how many number 5's there are out of 40 buildings!!!!! PATHETIC, to say the least! AND, I will not even attempt to discuss THAT rude Thang handling the customer service calls!!! WHAT AN IMP SHE IS!!!!!

I literally never leave negative reviews but my experiences with this post office have all been so frustrating. I called in today to inquire about a package that was supposed to be delivered on Thursday. On the day the package is supposed to be delivered I get a notice stating the package was too large to fit in the lockers with options on how proceed on the back. Per the notice, I go online and choose to reschedule the delivery for the next day (Friday), check the “leave at front door” option, and receive a confirmation email that it will be delivered as requested. On Friday I continue to check the tracking and receive no updates and no package. This morning I call in to figure out what’s going on, only to be met with attitude and told they “don’t do front door deliveries to you community, you’ll have to come pick it up”. Okay fair, annoying but not a huge deal in the long run. My real frustration is with the lack of both communication and empathy in combination with the attitude I received on top of it. Why leave a notice with the option to reschedule and choose where to deliver if it’s not an option for the community I live in?? At what point were they going to tell me they couldn’t complete the delivery?? If I hadn’t called would they ever have followed up with me outside of the initial notice they left?? I’m beyond annoyed, if I had known from the start that they weren’t able to complete my delivery as requested, “Sorry, we’re unable to do front door deliveries to your community, please pick up your package at this location”- okay, no big… but that wasn’t the case. Maybe it sounds like I’m irrationally annoyed but this goes beyond today, I’ve had past deliveries that were 2-3 weeks late but it was actually the terrible customer service I received today that was the breaking point.

About more than a year ago ..A nice mail carrier found my driver license on a gas station near by and returned it to my house..I couldn't thank that person because I moved but today I had a bad experience....I returned a mail that it was in my po box with no name only occupant so I opened because also on the envelope said notify sender new address or something like that with my last name on it..I told daquerri that it wasn't mine and she was so rude and asked why I opened if it wasn't mine and I told her because it doesn't have any name except occupant and then she proceeds to call next customer and just ignored me. Worst customer service
