I was an employee there at UPS supply chain solution back in 2003. I started off at the samples department, then I moved up to receiving I was the one receiving in the product then they started the role of favoritism as in regular associates, trying to get in front of the line by messing around with the leads and also HR management having affairs with associates and getting them Special privileges and big promotions. I started seeing this, they ended up removing me from the receiving department to the quality control department and I knew that I was not going to be there for very long, especially knowing so much That has been going on. I was let go due to a crazy ex abusing me at work and HR did nothing about it. In fact they defended him. They just wanted to get rid of me. They saw I had my cell phone in my bag and we’re asking to search in my phone through all my text messages. I refuse to show them. It is invasion of privacy they even by they I don’t remember the other woman’s name, but I do know that Jamie Smith was right there, the other woman pulled my cell phone out of my hands, opened it and went through my phone. Read through my text messages and told me that I should not be using my phone. I was on my lunch break so tell me how was I using my phone of course I’m gonna use my phone on my lunch break . Jaymee Smith Started an affair with an associate by the name of Aaron Zimmerman that until today he is still under the company and she rode him to the top and I mean literally rode him that now he is a manager of different facilities throughout UPS supply chain solution.
If I knew back then in 2006 about all the wrongs that they did to me and everything that I’ve experience working in that work environment, I would have done something about it. That place was nothing but toxic, favoritism, and picking and choosing who should do less work and who should do more Management Turn their backs and made sure that the important people such as supervisors operation managers, directors, and other management were well protected. I would never ever give anything positive about this terrible work environment. I hope I didn’t expose too much. I don’t want to get fired. Oh wait I’m not even there anymore.

When you arrive in the morning they take great care of you, but if you arrive too late to almost close it seems like they are already tired and are kind of rude but it is understandable
