Other than that decent prices, nice variety to choose from. They carry more name brands than I thought they would. I don't like how they only have paper bags. “Workers are very helpful and friendly, I can take my time slow in the morning, not to selection of meats in freezer area, maybe the butcher part of the store don't need never go over there, always stocked, only problem is if the day of the sales are on Wednesday, and I in the morning at " Opening " they say there out of the things on sale...ALL OF THEM", but I'm the first person here how can that be, then the management says come back in the noontime, so "I" come back and nothing!, next day " nothing ", this has happened 4 times, why fo your costumers in order to get them to come to the market? but other then it's clean, organized establishment.”

“Went inside to buy some products. Got a Food For Less vibe more than a Costco vibe. First thing I noticed the place is very bright on the inside, which I appreciate. The store is spacious, has a deli, and in the back there is an area where large amounts of candy or dried fruit or coffee beans can be bagged up. In the front of the store you can buy heated up pizza slices. The prices are what you expect to pay if you shop at food for less, but there are sales if you look for them. Overall, it's not a bad place to shop at.”

“I was in and out, but noticed the 15 items or less items line had people with a bunch of items, but definitely more than 15 items. I got a couple bags of ice and some ice cream found that pretty quick. The parking sucked. All the handicap parking was full had to wait. Everything is pretty cheap here I like that a lot.”

“Today was my first visit to Cardenas. The store was well-stocked and clean. The staff was very friendly. I stopped for fresh fruit which was farm fresh and very tasty. The store caters to the Hispanic community and carries a variety of ethnic foods, and even has piñatas for sale. I couldn't find a few of the national brands I purchase at the larger chain grocery stores but other than that, I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of product.”

I was robbed at gun point at the very first front parking spot under light . There was no security any where I ran inside asked for help was scared out of my mind and I had to go to the check cashing cage to ask the ladies for help to call the police. They told the police the cameras didn't work so they had no video of the car that the person got in..”
