Went in to exchange my equipment because the wifi kept dropping at home, an issue I’ve been troubleshooting with spectrum for over a year mind you. Was given the wrong piece of equipment to power up the router. Everything was sealed and brand new, so it is highly upsetting getting home and finding out the equipment doesn’t come with the right power cables. Unfortunately, because of work hours, I will be without internet for a week until the weekend comes.

Wow, its been a long time since Ive experienced EXCELLENT customer service. Christina is the BEST! Not only did she save me $30/month on my bill but increased my internet speeds to 1GB for seventy dollars a month when I was paying 110 a month before with ultra speeds. Conveniently located, clean, plenty of parking, pleasant waiting area and overall quickly handled business - I highly recommend this location for handling your Spectrum business.

I took my son to look for a phone. It was recommended spectrum with good rates. However, customer service was horrible very unprofessional and rude to their clients. Didn’t get the ladies name but was training. Another person. Her lack of patience you can hear in her Voice was very rude and unprofessional as she got louder with her customers ! Very unpleasant , Did not appreciate how she served her clients ! I would never recommend, going to this particular store on McKinley !

We went into the McKinley store to transfer our phones from AT&T. Edwin assisted us with great customer care. He took the time to make sure he understood our needs and gave us the best direction to get the results we were expecting at minimal cost. He also was proactive to make sure everything would transfer smoothly.

After 30 years with Verizon we couldn’t take it anymore. Our bill was $180 a month for only 3 phones with the most basic plan. No frills! We made an appointment and walked into the Corona store where Christina took AMAZING care of us! We swapped our three phones (one done remotely) in less than 15 MINUTES!! She was so knowledgeable and so patient with us and in a matter of minutes…we were done! She made certain we were all connected before we left. So, we went from $177 a month to $60!! That’s a heck of a savings! She even went so far as to check our home cable account and instructed us on how we can get a better plan AND save $90 a month!! I was lightheaded with how simple and effortless the change was. Thank you so so much Christina. The only regret we have is we didn’t do it years ago!!

They are awesome. Really nice and attentive. Especially with customers. Patient and managed us well. I had a great time talking with them as they’re really nice and funny. Helped my friend get the best deal with a new phone and Internet.

The manager treated other customers very badly, even called them.stupid at one point. The other associates did the bare minimum when helping. Very badly run store!!

Went into this location recently, the customer service, (How can I say this nice as I can) they really really need to FOCUS on and WORK on their customer service!!! because it SUCKED and poor attention to detail, trying to talk to them was like hitting a brick wall.
The woman was trying to help us but her co worker was a total Jerk and Rude as Hell. They say their all about "Saving money." Yeah right sure more about lining their bank accounts LOL They need to do better at Customer Service.

Horrible customer service...don't go here...go to another branch...there was a Huge line n the manager was too busy watching videos on his phone. We had a 5 minute transaction...transferring my service to my wife's name...waited 45 minutes n then walked out :(

My Wifi drops everyday at least twice a day. I switched to Metro PCS Wifi and haven't any problems. Only $50 bucks a month. No Drops. Make the switch today folks.

The Custumer service is really bad I call customer service 1800 number and they are so rude and annoying all the want is change you plans and add services but this store is horrible so rude and not professional
