I called and asked if they could look at the brakes on my Model A since when I did a search their facility came up. The guy I talked to said “well, the parts are hard to find but I’ll have the owner call you back”. There are catalogs out there and parts are easy to obtain. And I never got the call I was waiting for! Apparently they are too busy to even return a phone call! I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone and this shows me what their customer service is like!!! ?

Brought my 64 Thunderbird, I had smoke issues. My car was burning oil. They not only fix my burning oil issues by replacing valve seals, but they fixed some electric battery drain issues. Something they did out of great customer service. I really appreciate the work they did for my car. Definitely recommend this place for your classic car repair.

I took my vehicle here today because they are an interstate dealer. I had a dead battery with a 24 month free replacement warranty. I called before I arrived and the lady was pleasant and confirm they had the battery in stock. I arrive and after looking at my vehicle they tell me that they do not have the battery in stock (I read the battery model # off my original receipt prior to coming to the lady on the phone). The mechanic tells me he has a heavy duty battery but it's $30 for this "upgrade". Plus installation at $20 something dollars. I leave paying $57 in total. Prior to leaving I specifically ask if the warranty is the same as before and different mechanic confirms that it is. However, I get home and pop my hood to examine the battery and it is not the same warranty length as the prior non heavy duty battery! It's 18 months. 1 star for the nice lady but no more for the lack of transparency and I believe shady "upgrade". Especially because I called in advance!

Where do I start...First off this business took months to accomplish what they quoted weeks to finish! I NEVER got calls regarding my repairs, I had to call them EVERYTIME! Since this is a family business I would get stories told to me by the Son Ron & Father Norm, conflicting stories I must say! I way over paid what all the other mechanic shops would have charged (because I wanted it done right!) for 700R4 trans. over $7K & 3.5K to replace cam & lifters & still had to take my truck back to them as the Trans. whined & I had vibrations at shift points. The last time I took it back (after less than 200 miles) they let my truck sit there for over 1 month & they did nothing to fix problem, all I got were excuses - to the extent that Norm said they had replaced the trans. & guess what he said? that the exchanged trans was acting the same way! Truth is the trans. was never touched or taken out! They figured I would accept the truck even if it was still not operating properly just so I could get it back. BTW: Truck was out of gas, I was told better go straight to gas station (it was at least 3/4 full when left) also truck was filthy to which Norm said - hey we know how you like to clean your truck yourself! INCREDIBLE! I think they were driving my truck around using up my gas & getting it road dirty! FYI: My truck is a $70K Classic After picking up truck & driving it around some (remember they said it was fixed) it wasn't & so I took truck to a respectable trans. shop and had to spend $2.7K to rebuild torque convertor & install a (NEW) correct flex plate. It was discovered that Rollings had not only installed the incorrect flex plate but that it was (USED) and the SFI sticker had been removed showing the word Void where sticker had been when it was new. It was a Summit cheapie & used at that! I spent 3 times that for a quality ATI flex plate. Norm never accepted responsibility for shotty work but blamed my truck saying its old / even blaming my rear end (for the whine) which was new being that truck had just been restored. The trans. shop that fixed Rollings job ran truck in air & could identify that the rear end made no noise, that the noise & vibrations were coming from torque convertor / flex plate area so that's where we attacked the issues. After getting truck fixed which Rollings would not / could not fix, I sent them a certified letter asking that they only pay me what the cost to fix their job cost me $2.7K & that after 10 days if I hadn't received the check (which I stated that I would ride off all other work they did to my truck) case would be closed. If not I would have no choice but to report them to the BBB - which I have done - If they still do not feel like doing the right thing then I will take Rollings to Small Claims Court for satisfaction. It's a real shame that a customer that paid some $10.5K to this company had to go through what I am reporting & given the chance to make it right, refuses...even to the extent that they don't care if their rep gets tarnished by Yelp or the BBB. Like I said earlier INCREDIBLE! They don't even deserve (1) star / would give them negative if it was possible Fellow potential customers BEWARE!!!

I have been a customer of Rollings automotive for many years and they always take care of our vehicles as if it were there own or a family members car. They don't push you to have work done that doesn't need to be done. I would recommend then to anyone.

I had emissions work done this week on my older SUV. Never had been here before. I'm so impressed with customer service plus repairs done right. Fair on price definitely. I never have to search again for another place to get repairs done ! What peace of mind. Very highly recommended, I'm a tough critic so this means everything.
