Customer service was very friendly and helpful!! There was technical difficulties with the rewards but they went the extra mile to make sure i got my rewards. Sherri and Viv were very patient and helpful with making sure my rewards showed up on my account, and they helped update the email!!

I didn't know Petco offered veterinary services. All staff were amazing with my baby, Atlas. Also, their reward system is legit! Atlas is the one with the cone.
