Employee did not want to take the time to locate and pull a product we needed. Stated they did not have a forklift driver onsite to pull what we needed, so we left & went to Home Depot. We needed the item for our renovation.
Our next purchase was a curbside pickup. We ordered over $350.00 in merchandise. Waited for our notification a few ours later, then drove there. The employee just dropped it off at the truck with no invoice. We checked the list we brought from our online purchase and noticed things missing. Had to go into store for them to tell us, "oh, we forgot to bring those out." No apology. What's the purpose of curbside if we have to go in the store to get our missing items because they forgot. No purchase invoice???

Update: owner said to call the number they listed below for a resolution but the phone operator never supplied a resolution only wrote down my complaint. The listed numbers operator said they stand by the stores decision of not selling me the screws at the listed price. ****"They have screws listed at 3$ and some change but charged 36$ at register. I asked manager if he would Honor the listed price but he said customer stocked all three boxes in the wrong area. The screws were not listed anywhere at 36$ and a sample screw posted above price. It's false advertising and a bait n switch tactic or they stocked it wrong either way they would not honor the listed price. Update: they finally sold me the crews at listed price

They have a really good selection of items. But they're very short staffed it's hard to find someone to help and when you do they look overwhelmed and are not so happy to assist.

Great garden department, and there is always something you need on sale. I bought six .5 gallon plants for $36. My yard looks great and the plants are thriving.

Had a VERY BAD experience with a very RUDE and UNKNOWLEDGEABLE cashier in the Lawn and Garden department. I
ended up having to speak with the store manager, and it took me twenty minutes to resolve the problem.

Mira Loma has the best customer service from all Inland Empire. A huge THANK YOU to Anonka. I ordered a vanity online it didn't come the day it said it would. So I asked to speak with a supervisor/manager. Anonka reached out and kept me posted of the shipment. She went out of her way, being off the clock and still communicating with me. Thank You!!

We've been purchasing from Lowe's on and off for several years. We decided to go with them for a kitchen remodel, against our friend's recommendation. Although the staff at Lowe's is polite, their service in delivering what's been stated in a written and verbal contract has been less than acceptable. We are undergoing a kitchen remodel purchased a whole new kitchen (to include the cabinets back in November 2023, we were told they'd be delivered & installed within 4-6 weeks, however to date they have yet to follow through. It's been just about 5 MONTHS, and we still have not had our service completed. Highly disappointed!

Hmm home improvement stores. Notorious for trying to find someone to help and not finding that person. It was different at this location. I spotted someone and asked for help and I was able to get help. The person that helped me even went up on one of those little cart extender things .I didn't find what I was looking for this trip,but I'll be back.

Went in and ask where I could find mouse traps and they told me exactly where they were. Found what I wanted and did self checkout. In and out fast. Store was clean, neat and well stocked.
