“The Wigwam Motel is a terrific place to stay on Route 66, particularly if you have a kid or are really into iconic landmarks. We stayed for two nights and found it to be clean, quiet, friendly, and fun. It's a family run motel and it"s clear that they take great pride in maintaining the property well and taking good care of their guests. My husband and I highly recommend it!”

“Stayed here on a business trip and got off late from work. The staff were very kind and understanding. I even got to check out a little late because of the weird hours I worked. I also came back to the hotel late and my key card didn't work. The staff and security resolved the issue quick so I could get some shuteye, even if it was a little bit. The cookies are also delicious! Thank you for having me Double Tree, Hilton. Until next time, and hopefully my key card doesn't mess up on me again.”

“Clean rooms and good service.Noteworthy details: Rooms are large with extra storage and space. Trundle bed couch and nice extra touches. The bed was magnificent! Soft and extra large! The shower was great too though the water pressure could have been better. And they should stock pots and pans in the rooms not just the dishes.”

“Other than the driveway was hidden, maybe you need a light to show you at night. Anyways, Melissa at the front desk was kind and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was a little squeaky but very comfy. There was a pop-up taco stand right there didn't have to go far for food.”

“While semi was being repaired I took advantage of using my new fryer. It was easy to buy the meat as the motel is in a sm shopping plaza right off the freeway. Great for us as we had only ate feet for transportay.Noteworthy details: It was in a good part of town with bakery grocery multi fast foods even a salvation army thrift store. Can't beat it when stranded waiting for semi's repair... Vet and med center 1 block away. I was even offered a smoking room. ?”

“We were in corona for our daughter volleyball tournament. Room was clean and great front desk customer service.Lot of restaurants walking distance. Breakfast starts at 6am every day so it is a plus. Everything was good just the room seems kind of small. We will definitely return.”
“This was our first time staying at the Hampton Inn in downtown Riverside. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of our room as well as the rest of the Hotel. The hot breakfast had a lot of variety and my families favorite: A waffle machine. There is no parking available at the Hotel due to parking lot construction. You can use valet services or self park at The Food Lab garage. There are great dining options within walking distance.”

“Stayed here after another motel canceled my stay. The room was clean and was at a good location. I forgot my Nintendo switch in the room and wasn't going to have time to pick it up because our flight was leaving but Emit called us and let us know he would ship it back to us and he did. Overall really satisfied and would be staying here if I'm ever around the area again.”

“My husband booked a suite through Marriott website and received a confirmation number, only to find out the hotel had to cancel our reservation due to overbooking. We were already staying in a 1 bedroom suite when this occurred. Having to find another hotel and move out of our suite was stressful, to say the least. My husband never even received confirmation of the hotel canceling the reservation. In 2024, you would think more advanced technology would be implemented at this point! Truly disappointing! I would have appreciated the hotel to compensate for a % of our stay or something along those lines. After all, we booked directly with the Marriott Hotel website.”

“This is actually one of the best hotels in San Bernardino… it’s quiet, no homeless, no issues, no danger… one thing I can say though is they need to learn how to sweep better and maybe remodel sometime, and hang things back up… as far as bugs I only ever saw (1) as this is a pretty clean property all the way atriums.. I give a 4 star out of 5 because it better then any other hotel in this city.Rooms: These are standard motel rooms. You should expect to probably get some cockroaches.Nearby activities: No nearby activities at all. This is located near an airport, but there is a gas station right around the corner.”

“This Best Western showed my friends and i great customer service when I had misread my check out time. I asked if there could be a later check out time and Alex and Theresa went above and beyond to help us!! Breakfast was delicious too! It was fresh and tasty and had many options if you have dietary restrictions. I recently stayed at the Hampton inn but had a better experience at the Best Western overall. Rooms are on the small so that is why I’d give it four stars. It can get cramped with more than a few people, but other than that, this was an extremely pleasant experience.”
“The rooms are nice, the staff are very efficient but there is always a but there is one lady that ho my god just for that lady I will never in my life come back to this hotel I’m Mexican and I’m fluent in Spanish and I’m sure that this lady with the backwards smile is from Honduras she has the most unhappy face you can imagine, you talk to her and she won’t talk to you back she is so mean is like she doesn’t know that thanks to us she have a job on top of that there is not much to choose in the breakfast 4 of the 5 days that I stay here there was no waffles, the only day she had waffles she makes them with attitude. I will never come back to those place I see there is more people that complain about har and they haven’t done anything about it she remains the same”

“Rooms: Rooms are great. Although the new tech they use for saving on lighting/energy is funky. You need a room key to power some of the lights or the power so you can imagine not getting enough keys for your family cause clerk asked how many you need and shouldve gave you an extra for the power. I was a little disappointed that Holiday Inn didnt have movies to purchase/rent. My son couldn't use wifi for his PS5 cause it wouldn't connect to the provided wifi service. Beds were comfy, very clean, very spacious and no complaints there. I had one issue with their key cards getting erased when you get it to close to your cellphone. If you stay in a hotel how can you not get it close to your phone?Food & drinks: Breakfast was decent. I wish they had a choice of bacon or sausage. I was there recently for 2 days and the sausage was ok for 1 breakfast but I would be happier with bacon. At least my choice. Overall I would always recommend and go again. They just need to work on a few things.”
“Staying here for a few days and have to say the owner Danny is a great man. My son and I had the opportunity to talk with him for awhile and he has great values. They will work with you with any questions or requests. Owner keeps place very quiet. Definitely one of the best motel experiences my family has had. Highly recommend ❤️”

“Very Good rooms, big size bed. furniture is modern and very pleasing. no problems while we stayed for whole week. housekeeping is great and kept my room very clean. I work in this area so, when I comeback from work feel like home. office people are very friendly and helpful. I paid $450 for week that's best price I could get in the area with such nice room. I definitely recommend this place.”
“I was in town for a wedding, Our room was clean when we arrived but the room is kind of small. The bedding was clean it was furnished with plenty of pillows, appropriate sheets and blankets. Beds were extremely comfortable, would like to see outlets that accommodate to USB/charger for phones(seen at another hotel, very helpful). Shower was great, pressure of water amazing. Price of the hotel was perfect, and walking distance from downtown Riverside. Jeff the manager was so helpful, respectful, polite and friendly. Housekeeping people were nice and seen always cleaning the stair rails and all vending machines for covid19 protocol. Over all stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel at this location. I would definitely stay here again. Due to coronavirus the business center, continental breakfast and pool were not available.Thanks Jeff for making our stay safe and happy.”
