They only allow people have an account with them and you have to order your goods online. This does not work for our company where we request some flexibility from our suppliers for the machines we install. We used to do a lot of business with Fastenal, we will do not anymore

I've never been to this store before but I've often seen their trucks on the streets. I inquire with one young lady in regards to a certain product. She was nice but not familiar with the product I was looking for but she consulted another taller brown haired woman and she tells me," what is the business name, do you have an account,"? I gave her my information and she rudely says, "if you don't have an account then I can help you!" I was totally stunned at her response and I'm sure my facial expression showed just that! Then she asked if I wanted to fill out a credit application so that she could talk to me. I told her no thank you! If the people are going to be rude like that when your inquiry, why do business? Makes no sense!
