“If you want to get proper care this is the place. I suffer from Ulcerative Colitis as well as a few other health issues and for over a year I was struggling to get proper treatment I randomly got on Google defeated to look up drs in my area. I found this office made my first appointment and during that appointment I had more information and help than any other dr had provided I felt heard I wasn’t rushed I wasn’t a number to them I’m a person there and they care I have nothing but amazing things to say and I will never go anywhere else. Thank you to the ENTIRE staff from the front desk to the nurses and drs you have all been a tremendous help to me and I am beyond thankful”
“Although i haven't had the best experiences with Clinica Medica Familiar, when I gave birth at the hospital, the pediatrician was a Dr Angela Wang who gave me a follow up appointment with her at this Clinic location. She was so kind and quick at the hospital that i was determined to drive all the way to riverside again with my 5 day old newborn and see her. the minute we checked in with the receptionist, we were immediately called into the back to another waiting room. we waited maybe ten minutes until we were called back into the room. we probably got this quick service because my newborn doesn't have any sort of shots just yet. the nurse weighed him, measured him, and asked us all sorts of questions for his chart. she was super nice and pleasant to talk to. we waited in the exam room probably 10-15 minutes and the doctor finally came and checked him out. Dr Wang is extremely thorough and explains everything she does to the baby. she was also quick as the baby was uncomfortably naked on the cold exam table bed. she's very informative and makes sure to answer my questions completely and makes sure we understand everything as we are first newborn parents. she also recommended Dr. Koo (see my other review) for his circumcision and it was a great recommendation from her. again, the clinic itself needs some help when it comes to treating or dealing with adults. my husband has had terrible experiences with them. but for my baby, this time, and this location was a 5 star experience.”

I'm writing this review for Dr. Cindy chew oh my god what can I say she's amazing for a female doctor. I recommend anybody that lives in Corona to have a female doctor to come see her. She's understanding she asked questions we get to talk back-and-forth to get to the bottom of anything she is amazing and I'm so glad that I found her. “The appointment wait time is usually 5-10 minutes max. The nurses and ladies receptionists are friendly and polite. There is always parking space available. The doctor helps with weight loss with different options. Dr Yaqub is friendly and easy going. He takes his time to listen to his patients.”

“I want to start with the POSITIVE Dr. Antonio is an amazing Doctor she's awesome! She's very informative in every appointment. I have two girls and they both see her. Her staff is so nice as well, I can always call with a question and get a response by her and a letter of needed . I definitely recommend her. Now with the NEGATIVE Dr. Gomez on the other hand in the same building I will Never go back again VERY VERY bad experience. Does not recommend at all. The medical staff just simply uncooperative and do not want to work. They just transfer your call to another person back and forth. I had a simple TB test and I need a form to be filled out. It was lost twice with in the process I even had to drive down to personally take the form the second time so they can tell me she wouldn't fill out my form because she didn't feel comfortable signing it because she didn't give me the shoot it was a nurse.”

“I was referred to this group of physicians by an employee from Radnet Imaging Riverside. And I'm so lucky she did that for me. The team here at Riverside Family Physicians Medical Group are by far the kindest, most professional and experienced and trustworthy doctors I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. They are what doctors should be. Since I've moved to the inland area I've been needing an intelligent doctor. And I finally found them. This office also has a Palliative program which helps me, since my breast cancer diagnosis. They can send a nurse or medical assistant to visit patients at home. I can also reach them by texting or sending a message - and someone always answers. It doesn't take long for a response to reach a doctor or nurse. This doctors group has 2 offices and many different doctors. I've even been able to have a virtual appointment, which is even better. That's on my home computer. Everyone already knows how compassionate and thorough all the employees are here.”

“Not feeling well and came here had a good experience with the Provider Alfonso. However prior to him entering the room as I was waiting... I had stepped out of the room and asked the person I saw which happened to be the Provider Nancy if someone could please bring me water as my mouth was very dry. She told me the water was in the lobby and I can go get it myself. Instead of delegating a nurse to bring me some as I was in the room waiting to be seen. Very rude and unprofessional. She didn't even look at me as she spoke. I don't understand how she got this far as a Provider without proper beside manner training as well as communication skills with patients.”
