We went here because it was a AAA approve place. Staff did not acknowledge us both times we went into the lobby. Staff was standing around talking to each other. My car was done at 4:45pm but staff member called and explained they close exactly at 5pm. She said they were not going to wait for me to get my car. When I dropped off the car there was no explanation of the time that they close. When the staff member called me to add more services to my car they did not explain that they would be closing soon or that my car would be done soon so I could get there before they closed.
Overall don’t recommend going here. Unprofessional staff.

I went here because they are listed as an approved AAA repair shop. They did not make a good first impression and did not operate in a professional manner. This place is busy which tells me that they are good at fixing cars, but they failed in customer service. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning for a diagnostic check. The whole day went by and I didn't receive a call or an update. The next morning I called to inquire and the person said that they would find out what the status was and call right back. Two and a half hours passed and there was no callback. Angry with the non response I went to the shop to see what was going on. When I arrived, they made the excuse that they were extremely busy and my car was next in line. I asked why wasn't my call returned and Sonny just made excuses and made no attempt to apologize. I picked up my car and am going to take it to Super Auto Repair which is also a AAA approved repair shop. They told me that it would only take an hour to complete a diagnostic. That's the way you do business!

I am extremely grateful for the team at C&S Auto and Truck Repair in Mira Loma. My car broke down on my way to work this morning with a strong gasoline smell and was stranded on the side of the 15 freeway. While waiting for AAA service, I called multiple mechanic shops and was finally able to speak with Sonny over the phone to explain my dire situation. He was very friendly and recommended me to tow my car to his shop for diagnostic testing and repair. After their thorough diagnostic testing, they discovered the gasoline line was loose which explained the gasoline leak and smell; the gasoline line was not connected or locked properly from prior mechanical work. They told me that I was extremely lucky because my car could of caught on fire and put myself in danger. Sonny was very informative and helpful by triple checking and secured the gasoline line. James also assisted to rinse off the gasoline leak and took my car for a test drive to ensure it runs smoothly before I head back safely to work. They are very professional, honest and kind, and deserve much recognition for their work. I highly recommend C&S Auto and Truck Repair for any automotive services.
