“so I have an electrical issue with my car. I brought my alternator to CP and was helped by Gerardo who had it checked right then and it was fine. I told him I thought my battery was shot because it was only showing 6 volts, he said my charger would not charge it but he has a charger that will and said bring it in and I will charge it for free. picked it up few hours later and it tested good. I would have gladly paid for the service. excellent customer relations.bad news is I still have a problem with my car but didn't spend money on something not needed.”
“BEST PRICES IN SO CAL..AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE...I was in a financial bind & my battery went totally bad. I searched for over a week for a battery I could afford. Everywhere wanted $200 and up. Auto zone & O'Reilly wanted $300 plus. My battery died at work in Riverside I found Diego from ABS, he quoted me a battery for a less than half and installed it too. He also checked my alternator. Diego went above and beyond and saved my butt and pocketbook..My car is a 2017 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport and he had the battery in stock...Call him his card says he delivers too...”

“I was calling to get a Lexus GS350 headlight light bulb, and it cost $129.99 + tax! So, I called AutoZone, and it was the same price. Although AutoZone didn't offer a 1-year warranty so I purchased from O'Reilly. It is expensive, and I hope it will last as long as the OEM one. Just make sure your file is on the computer database and keep the original receipt for the warranty. Great customer service!”

“We drove two hours away and ended up in Norco, 100+ degree heat during the drive there and the AC in our truck wasn’t blowing cold. We were all MISERABLE, especially my six month old and having the windows down being stuck in traffic wasn’t cutting it. O’Reilly’s happen to be the closest auto parts store near our planned destination. Mo was so helpful. We had previously attempted to charge the line with fre-on and it was unsuccessful because we didn’t charge it enough. Mo saved the trip with his upbeat personality and we were able to crack jokes instead of being frustrated at the situation. We happily “froze” on our way back while blasting the AC making the traffic bearable. In short: Outstanding customer service!”
