The black cashier working nights tried to take my drivers license hostage while I grabbed a beer out the case. I questioned him on this policy and he got irate and threatened to fight me. This dood needs to be fired!

Usually a good experience here but today a couple girls working had not a care in the world about customer service and acted like idiots. Took me 8 full minutes just to give cash for gas. Then they didn't put it on the right pump. So...hit and miss.

Warning don't use the car wash at the Arco at 7850 Limonite or this could happen to your car. It happened to mine and the owner takes no responsibility. I had to pay for the repair out of my pocket.

When this location opened I was such a fan- $5 car washes and I can vacuum and blow out the dust in my car. I live on a dirt road, so this is a weekly visit for a while. We live a long ways from here, but for the price I stop on my way to work. Now, 2020 I had dropped my car off at the mechanic less than a mile away from here and I am walking. I decide it would be nice to get a coffee here, maybe a snack and sit and wait for my ride, BUT no. I cannot do any of that. WHY? Because someone in their magical logic decided to padlock the restrooms with a sign that says "Closed due to pandemic" I am sorry, but what complete BS! Were you trying to protect the bathroom from germs so only your employees could use them? Because now, No one can wash their hands thus spreading even more germs all over your establishment. We are almost a full month into having this pandemic hit home and just now people are realizing that there could be live virus on the handles of gas pumps, doors, counters and money! I personally will probably NEVER return here as they way I see it, You are further risking the health of every person that walks into this establishment!

BEWEAR‼ They advertise if you pay for a carwash they will give you gas at a lower price & they have the price on displayed but when you pump your gas you will notice that they short you on gas because they charge you the full price as if you didn't pay for a carwash. Pay ATTENTION WHEN PUMPING, check the gallons you pumped & how much you paid for it. THIS IS FRAUD!! And when you complain, the African American woman at the cashier will go crazy on you and try to steal your receipt so you have no proof you paid for the gas there. She asked me to give her my receipt and when I did she didn't want to give it back to me, I stood there and was persistent to give me back my receipt and she said she lost it! Wow seriously??!!! When I just handed it to her 1 min ago!! Then I asked the second cashier that was standing next to her to help me out & she said NO!! At the end they saw that I wasn't leaving without MY receipt so the lady who said NO , well she ended up giving me my receipt. And they did NOT want to give me back my money that I paid for a carwash to get a lower price on the gas which they charged me regular price for, so there was NO reason to pay extra for the carwash , I didn't end up washing my car there because I do NOT want a carwash if they did NOT honor what they are advertising! And they kept my carwash money

Came in to get a refill on a 32 oz soda. The clerk tried to charge me $1.09. Regular 32oz sell for .79 cents. Was rudely told that she doesn’t make up the prices.
