I bought my first house from Vivian Motz and she walked us through everything and made it a great experience. Every time I had a question she was there to help and if I had a concern she was right on top of it to walk me through the concern.! Vivian has been doing this for a long time and knows about all the rules and explains the process fantastically! I was able to rent my first place out when my kids got bigger and she found the perfect place for our growing family!! Plus she even manages the rental for us!! From the begining to end I will always bring all my Realestate needs to Vivian Motz @ Adobe country Reality!! I know and trust her after my home purchases and know that my rental is in good hands with her, taking care of all the details so I don’t have to worry about anything!!!!
