Where are all these 'great, helpful, knowledgeable ' people when I used to go there!?
I needed a lot of various nuts and bolts. A friendly enough gentleman helped me. Well, as I put my items on the counter to pay, I was informed that I hadn't marked (priced) each of my 16 bags of loose items!?
Although it was posted ( I didn't see it) , the helper never mentioned it. I left without a purchase and haven't been back ÷/

Bad customer service by employees and the manager (Hector) , they said they give you warranty in store but they still charge and all just to get the product back even worse, they will just take you money and after they don’t care, so called manager will tell you he has no supervisor and is no help at all if can just buy somewhere else don’t spend your money here if we woukd known we have not purchased anything from this store.

What a great store we have never been to an Ace Hardware, but now it is the only Hardware store will be going to.
All the staff is happy and knowledgeable.
They will also help you carry your things out.
The parking is great
And they allow dogs ???
