They came out right away to fix my garage opener battery on my lift master they were right on time and they are great if you need them for a emergency !!! And they also did a tune up I was due for that on the door and opener. Thank you william and dalia the owners of sterling garage doors you are great !!!

Garage door wasn’t going up we couldn’t figure out what was wrong so called sterling garage doors came out and found the springs where broken and they fixed them and garage is back to working thank you so much for help

My garage door stopped working. They came out quickly and first tried to tell me that my garage doors were too large (although they it had been working fine for over a decade). Then they told me I needed a new motor. Very high pressure. I told them I would get a second opinion. They charged me $125. I got a second opinion: the door was fine; the motor was fine; a screw had fallen out which they put back. No parts. They charged me $100 for the service trip. I would never use these guys again and suggest you don't as well.

We were very happy with Sterling - great service. H&W team removed and hauled away the bent, unusable garage door and its dead motor on the 29P house we bought last fall. The newly installed door and motor are terrific. Great local company - highly recommend.
