Such a cozy and comfortable hotel. I just completed a drive across the country staying at hotels with a similar price point and this was by far the best, hands down. Super comfortable room with nice bedding, and the sun came in through the window in the morning when I opened the blinds, which I absolutely loved. The back seating area is so charming! Loved drinking my coffee and reading the book outside. The owner is incredibly kind and accommodating - I couldn’t say nice enough things. Truly made me feel like I was at a home away from home and went above and beyond for a comfortable experience for a single traveling female. Location is absolutely fantastic too. I have my car but it was nice to be able to walk to a spot for dinner, and so many of my favorite shops are nearby within walking distance. 10/10.

Super affordable stay near the park. We went during a busy time so was advised by a friend to enter at the 29 Palms entrance which is about 15 minutes from this motel. The rooms were a bit worn out and the light at night was pretty bright through the room. I made a pillow wall and that worked well. Still, it's super cheap in an expensive area.

Warm, kind, accomodations in beautiful downtown Joshua Tree! This friendly, family owned, and managed, hotel has a serene charm, and a very welcoming atmosphere. Well recommended!! Enjoy!

The owner is very friendly and key pick-up/check-out is easy. On the other hand, it is not clean, it is very old and the wifi did not work.

Very nice little motel right next to Joshua Tree National Park.
Parking is right in front of the room door.
The owner was extremely nice and helpful. Absolutely recommended.

Price-performance ratio is great. Rooms are inviting, if not modern. Cleanliness acceptable. Good location, parking right in front of the door. Nice little garden.

Rooms: Room was clean and had everything we needed! Fridge, microwave, AC, and bathroom with towels, soap and shampoo for the shower. Bed was warm and comfortable. Ample parking.
Nearby activities: Souvenir shop and multiple restaurants a short drive away. One block away from park road
Safety: Area felt safe and we were not worried about parking our car in the lot.
Noteworthy details: Our favorite part of staying here was the wonderful owner! He was so welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We felt very good about supporting such a wonderful local business

A cheap and clean motel, close to the entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. The beds are comfortable, parking right in front of the room. Ravi, the owner, is very friendly and helpful, always available if you have any questions. WiFi worked well.

Great base for visiting Joshua Tree National Park. It's best to buy a ticket in advance at the visitor center.The room was clean, coffee maker and coffee available!Nearby activities: Near the entrance to Joshua Tree National Park

the owners wife was EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful.. really bad customer service over the fact that we had a small child in a room with 4 adults 2 beds and she was saying we had to get another room because 5 people in that room isn't ok but she was yelling like being super rude about it .. her customer services was s*** honestly she could've handled the situation better
