Great place to learn about the history of Russians in America. The setting is beautiful. Plan on taking a few breaks on the road if you get car sick.

A historical place and beautiful natureRestrooms: Only one toilet was seen on the territoryPicnic area: There are tables where you can eat your own food. There are no barbecues to cook.

It is nice that there is a road to the entrance to the fort that can be used by handicapped people. It should be asked about at the desk in the museum.Restrooms: There are restrooms at the museum and also in the fort!

Super interesting place, you have to pay $8 for parking but entry is free. The Russians arrived there in 1816 or so and they made this fort with their hands. You can see the tools to make everything fort, beds, tables, chairs, etc. They traded with the local people and nearby, a community of mestizos was created and when the Russians Some left, some stayed...
