My son and I got our passports here. Everyone here is so nice and they were very patient with my wiggly toddler. The office is also well air conditioned which I really appreciate in this 91 degree weather. Great staff!

I've dealt with their terrible delivery service since moving to Jamul. Delivering other peoples' mail to my box, making no attempt at my door (I have a Ring doorbell, so can verify) for a package needing a signature, etc. But recently, they left a yellow bag in my mailbox for food donations to be picked up 2nd Saturday in May. I put food in the bag and left it right next to my mailbox. Needless to say, the bag was never picked up. These mail delivery guys are awful!

My packages and some mail are still being sent to my neighbors when is clearly posted with my correct address and I get hers and someone else ( same address #but different street) off all the places I have lived never incompetent job I don't like posting negative things but I just had enough ( Sunday 4/21/24 I suppose to receive a package and it was delivered to my neighbors house

I cannot understand so bad reviews here! They have been awesome for everything I need.I am sure they overload with work and they still doing a great job.People come here frustrated with their lives and over a stupid occurrence, that normally is customers fault anyway, they dump it all in whatever chance they find first.Thank you Post Office Jamul, just keep being cool as you are! ✌️

Horrible mail carriers. I don’t want to go into specific detail because they will probably target me more if I give exact things they have done. Some of the broader things are packages delivered at wrong addresses, bad driving, mail boxes left open daily and if you try talking to a manager you sit on a phone for 2 hours filling a complaint. Totally unprofessional behavior and customer service. I guess the next thing to do is set up tons of cameras and file a law suit against them……….

Great staff, came in for a passport appointment and there was a cancellation so they saw me early, and were very helpful providning answers to my questions regarding the process.

They do not have any type of postage dispenser here. One must wait until 10:00a.m. when they open the line to purchase stamps or any product. It is very inconvenient. Otherwise, the staff is pleasant and seem to keep a positive attitude as well as treat everyone with respect.
