“I recently adopted an adorable bunny and have been researching supplies. Pelletized pine beddings were suggested and at $7.99 for 40 lbs at TSC, highly economical. While my husband and I aren't always in the Jamul area, the 20-30 minute drive from Chula Vista isn't too bad and I appreciate that they have a decent-sized parking lot. Usually, the pelletized pine beddings are outside and typically, readily available. However, if this is an item you mainly go to TSC for, it doesn't hurt to check if it's in stock on their website. There was one occasion that my husband and I dropped by and they happened to be out of stock. However, the staff here was very helpful and assisted us with finding a suitable replacement until we could come back for the pelletized pine. It's also fun to go inside and see the cute seasonal decorations. Not going to lie, I was tempted to get one of their Silkie Chicken Christmas decorations. Other reviewers have also mentioned that there'll be baby chicks for sale, which I hope to see the next time I drop by.Overall, happy that there's a TSC relatively close by and has this great item along with other great items/supplies/equipment. Will be a repeat customer for the pelletized pine but most likely going to get some cute Christmas decor for the holiday season.”
“My favorite pet store ever! I have been to atleast 4 different petstores in my area & none of them compare to IB .. I always get more for my money from here than anywhere else. & the staff had always been so friendly & welcoming!! I could spend hours in here although that would be very dangerous for my wallet ! #1 Petstore that has everything!! Love the assortment of all natural single ingredient dog chews!!! Thank you IB Pet for everything!”

“Fantastic! We were traveling through the area and desperately needed our old man groomed and she did an amazing job. She was able to fit us in and I am so glad she did. It is one of the best cuts he has gotten and I am so happy. Definitely recommended if you need to get a groom done. She also has a store attached that looked like it had a few pet supplies as well.”
“I've started coming here a few months ago when I adopted my dog. I have never ever been disappointed! The staff are extremely friendly! I'm always greeted by smiling faces of employees. I've even brought my dog along a couple of times and the staff were so nice and friendly to my dog that was overly excited of the store. The employees gave him treats and samples of some treats they sold. Prior to this, I could never get my dog to eat any treats. I was so shocked when he ate every single one they offered. I bought the bags they gave him to try at home. I'm super grateful because I've been able to train my dog so much better with treats. I was struggling with just the clicker. They also have a very good selection of toys and accessories for dogs. If you just carefully look down each aisle, you'll be surprised at what you can find. I recently bought a "seatbelt" for my dog. Best investment ever. I've found my dog loves too look out the window. But he is so short that he can easily get thrown around in a moving car. The seat belt has helped to make sure he doesn't fall too far or can't jump to the front when he's in the back seat. There's a lot of variety of everything such as the dry and wet food. They don't have a lot of the higher end brands such as royal canin or hills science diet if you're looking for that. It doesn't hurt to check yourself ofc! But I didn't see any. I also love they have the pumpkin puree that I love to give my dog by Peruvee. If I forget to get it online, it's good to know they have the specific brand I prefer. Just note parking is not that great because it's in the same parking lot as Trader Joe's.”

“We adopted an adult female cat (Mila) from here on 3/23/24. The process was very smooth and the cats are well taken care of here. You can tell that the staff love their jobs and take the well-being of the cats very seriously.”

“My Mini Aussie has been raw fed her entire life. She had her annual exam on Friday and at 12 1/2 she had a clean bill of health. Minimal arthritis and the Doc said WOW! When he saw how great her teeth were. Thanks to the great food she and the rest of my menagerie get from RealRoar!!”

My schedule is very tight and I plan accordingly to make it on time and over half the time they open late or close early. It's so frustrating. I wish they would just post accurate hours :(”

“Love this store was greeted by Stephanie and Dina, who were nothing but amazing. All the questions I had were answered, they helped me with all my worries I had of being a new pet parent. My puppy absolutely loved them, the love they have for animals was definitely apparent. Dina went over petcos vital care premier program and the free bag program that they have to offer which saved me a lot of money. She helped me set up my app every step of the way, even showed me how to access my points for future visits, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. These two were the best customer service i have ever had, their knowledge of the product the app/ website had me feeling like I was set up for success with my new puppy.
