“Actually these five stars go to the staff at this Santee, CA, branch. Especially Kendrick. On several occasions he has serviced our needs for various transactions. He is pleasant and thorough in handling our needs. Navy Federal is truly the place to bank for any savings and CD accounts. They offer a fantastic return for our money. Our only complaint with the bank is that they handle most things through a third party which tends to lag. We just got so spoiled with our previous bank that everything was same day (bill payments and Zelle) Not so here. Like I said the staff is the best!!! Thank you Kendrick for your great service!”

“HUGE thanks to Brandon who was my hero today! After my husband having COVID and my 80-year old mom breaking her wrist, my brain hasn't been on its "A" game. So I miscalculated my husband's payday and found us in a financial quandary. When my Plan A didn't work, I didn't know how I was going to get Plan B going. Brandon offered to help right away. And, with a few clicks on the keyboard, it was done! Whew! I can't even describe the relief I felt; I wanted to cry! “Came in the make a deposit, I was helped by Erika who was beyond amazing! She went above and beyond to help me change my address and some other banking concerns regarding my sons account. When I mentioned I was moving she suggested I looked at Trulia and we found our house!! I had never heard of the app but I am so thankful that Erika took the time to offer me that suggestion which paid off! She also took the time to print out the instructions for my son to set up his online account himself. I normally never take the time to go inside but I'm thankful I did and I will do more of tern knowing Navy Federal hires people like Erika! Her customer service truly made my day! I own a salon and value how well Erika made my experience. Will be back!”

“My wife and I took some time off together this morning to go to the Alpine Wells Fargo branch and open a checking account for her. Her first. I had even scheduled an appointment on-line two days prior. We arrived about 10-minutes late (absolutely not my fault). All of the Tellers were friendly about it and non-judgemental so our lateness was not an issue. Associate Personal Banker Sandra K. took us to a desk, and for the next couple hours we had an enjoyable time together while Sandra covered every imaginable aspect of a Wells Fargo checking account (and a savings account, which it turns out we needed), and overdraft protection, and debit card art, and personal checks, and automatic transfers, and PINs, and paper-free accounts. It was, without doubt, the most thorough opening a checking account experience I have ever had. And it was also calming in a zen way with pleasant banker company. I'm happy to recommend this bank branch.”
