Update, spoke with Sandra about my experience. Amazon requires packages to be delivered regardless of weather conditions. I still think that's crazy, UPS at least puts it in a plastic bag. (Make sense) My normal USPS courier is not lazy, but don't have anything good to say about my rude substitute driver.

I am always greeted with a smile and taken care of right away. I live in Jamestown so having the Jamestown PO makes it so convenient. They never forget to ask if you need stamps etc.

Easy parking in the private lot and no lines. Who wants a line at the post office right? No worries here. Not enough people in Jamestown California to create a line for anything! Window service was friendly and my mail got to where it was supposed to FAST! Great job USPS!
