This company did not deliver any propane to our cabin during the COVID year. We should have fired them then. When we tried recently to schedule them to do some service at our place, they scheduled a time to come out, and then no-showed. Their outsourced customer service unit denied they ever told us they were going to show up, and we have no idea how long it will take them to decide when they are coming out now, it ever. Run from this company.
