Jamestown Vet is helping to deal with our local feral cat populations by allowing people to bring in cats to be spayed and neutered a few days a week without an appointment. This is such an essential service since other vets are weeks or months out for appointments.

It is not very professional to come out and yell and people for blocking the driveway. There are lots of people in need of food lately. The food bank occurs twice a month on this road. When someone is pulling up to park they are not always paying attention if the are blocking a driveway. You have 2 driveways so o e was clear for people to enter and exit. Yelling that people are stupid is not very kind or neighborly. Asking them to be careful next time and not block would be a better way to handle the situation. Ots called be professional.

We are very thankful for the vet and staff at Jamestown Vet. After they treated our dog Miley for multiple Beagle-related mischief, I brought her in because her face was swelling off and on and she was having a hard time eating. The vet, Tomi Sue Henderson, was always straight up with us. She did some blood work which came back with less than favorable results. We were given a treatment plan to make Miley comfortable. I always appreciated the fact that I didn't feel pressured into certain products or procedures. Her prices always seemed fair and not exorbitant. The staff here helped us take care of our old lady dog right until the very end. Even though Miley passed away the morning before she was going to be put to sleep, the staff still sent us a wonderful sympathy card. We hope to use Jamestown Vet for all our future pet needs when the time comes.

Tommy Sue is the best that that I have ever visited. She knows exactly what to do. Doesn’t charge too much loves the animals.

I recently had some puppies tails dock there at five days old like they should've been and they traumatized the puppies so much they wouldn't eat after they cut the dewclaws and I told them I didn't want that done and then they wouldn't help me save the puppies after they wouldn't eat

Absolutely ridiculous. They say how short staffed they are and make a million excusesAlso the cat they have was hissing and bothering my cat the entire timeVery unprofessionalI’m finding a new vet. Rude and unhelpful to say the leastI have been charged multiple times by them and they have yet to actually do anything for cat.

I happen to like this veterinarian, she has always taken good care of my dog. A lot of people are in too much of a hurry nowadays and want things pronto, well the real world doesn’t work that way especially up here. I call, make an appointment and she sees my dog. Try getting sympathy from your doctor and see how it goes

Tomi Sue Henderson is a fantastic Doctor! We don't trust our dogs to anyone else. The cherry on top is that she doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need like every other vet I've dealt with has. If I could give her 1000 stars, I still don't think that's enough for the great work she does. Thanks so much for being what a veterinarian should be!

Brought a feral cat to be spayed. Did everything they said. But they changed the rules before I got there. However, in their defense they had no way to contact me. But it still sucked

This review is in response to reviews made 4 yrs ago when Dr. Henderson had to put my yellow lab down to be cremated. "Zero" had seen her many times and always felt at ease with her. She was compassionate and got on the floor with him to make him more comfortable. She has been there whenever needed for our pets. I , Shirley Henson, was the owner of this dog, and those previous reviews did not have the personal knowledge of Dr. Hendersons care and concern as I do, and I regret I did not see those reviews sooner. I will not hesitate to take my animals for medical needs to this Dr. I have the utmost confidence in her care for over 20 years.
