I had an issue with the hotel at Chicken Ranch Casino Resort, but the staff quickly resolved it, and I will be back. I do recommend that some of the staff receive additional training in customer service, but I understand everyone is doing their best. Thank you, Chicken Ranch.

It is a very nice and clean facility! The employees that I interacting with were kind and friendly..Except for the lady cleaning the bathroom she was pretty rude.

Seems like they opened too early because understaffed, AC not working well and wahlburgers takes forever. Needs PLENTY improvement overall! Casino is nice
