Nice new and fresh place. Excellent service. I took some very important papers to staples and they said the papers all were sent. Out of 11 very important papers only 1 sent. This isn't the first time, Staples needs new meat. Sierra mail is the go to place in jackson!!!!!

Natalie is amazing! She is very nice and accommodating. Love the brand new shop, super clean and inviting. Super thankful to have them as a Fieldprint Fingerprinting location, as our business requires us to be fingerprinted often for Financial Services. We send everyone from our Office/Company there! They also do USPS/UPS/FEDEX shipping and dropoff.

Made an appointment to get my I-9 checked. Got to her store after driving an hour only to find the store closed. Another customer had already been waiting an hour to get her fingerprints taken (she also had an appointment). No sign on the door. Phone number only rings to the business phone. I finally emailed her and she confirmed that she was closed for the day. Completely wasted my day and now I have to find another company to approve my I-9. I strongly recommend avoiding this business. No excuse for not calling/emailing appointments to let us know the business is closed. Or at least put a sign on your door. ---In response to Nattilee's comment below: The Hospice office which shares the same building says this isn't the first time you've left customer's hanging. I don't believe you when you say you had no way to cancel the appointment on your end. Just because you don't have my information doesn't mean you (as I said earlier) can't hang a sign on your door letting your customer's know you won't be open. You can also have your store number forward to your own cell or home number so that when people call they can find out what's going on. OR you can even change your voicemail message on your business phone to let people know that you won't be open. Making it so that I had to track you down to find out what was going on is unacceptable. Anything you say to the contrary, other than "Your right and I'm sorry, I'll do better next time." is just an excuse on your end for being lazy. As I said in my email to you - I have no idea how you're still in business.

Went into this store for livescan fingerprints. They were extremely rude and not helpful. Told us we had to make an appointment and when we asked if we could make an appointment while we were at the store they said no. They also told us that we had to pay on the phone and that our company pays for our lives and which I know is not true because I had already had mine done in sacramento. He mumbled and seemed so angry at us. We left and went to sacramento for the finger printing.

Went to their new location and was shocked at how disorganized and dirty the place was and if you are disabled it is not friendly if you use a walked, wheelchair, crutches. The older gentleman was not at all friendly either. Used to use the UPS mail box business that was in the same shopping area and it was always open, clean and friendly.
