“This is a safe and clean storage facility. I’m sad that Carol is no longer at the front desk! She was a very friendly and valued employee.
Took a star away because prices went up to $86 for a small 5x5 unit and they refused to refund me when they accidentally charged me for insurance for two months when I had already submitted my proof of renters insurance.
The manager was really nice and probably didn’t have a lot of control over it. I heard from other people that management changed recently.
I hope the new managers know the community they are in and that everyone talks. If Carol quit, they should know they lost a good employee and the community will miss her.”

“I would say this is probably the best facility in Amador County I've had my stuff in that storage for about 5 years yes I know I probably could have paid for it four or five times over but sometimes it's just convenient having storage summer besides your home just don't forget your monthly bill or you're going to lose it”
