I have used Rare Exception Jewelers for many years, but this is my first review. I needed my ring repaired asap before I left out of town. II brought my ring to them on Monday afternoon, and told them my dilemma. Tuesday AM 10am I was given a call stating my ring was ready for pick up. I am so thankful and grateful for this quick service, and the amazing costumer service I have received on all of my other visits. This is for sure my go to jeweler.

I inherited a box full of rings from my mother. Had no idea as to their possible values. Chris spent quite a bit of time checking these out for me. I had been to another jeweler in jackson that low balled me so badly and said nothing about the diamond ring that chris replacement valued at 23,000.00 Chris is a man of integrity. Do not hesitate to do business with these nice folks.

Do you have "curb side" service at this time? I know you haven't been open, but some jewelry stores are "open" with a locked-door policy and curb side only service.
