This is the worst place I've ever been waiting 1 and a half hour for a bathroom cabinet that I paid for a week ago said someone was working on it ever time I come to this place I have a horrible experience will never come back seems like nobody wants to work here. As soon as the manager seen we were waiting and he looked into it we got it in like 10 minutes then when they loaded it up no have a good day good bye or anything. The one dude had a attitude because we were mad. Well do your job that you get paid to do not just when the manager tells you to actually do something!!!

Why is the staff so rude! I practically live in this place but never feel welcome. I have tried to "kill them with kindness " but always end up walking out angry or frustrated. Yesterday was perfect example , the line was long so I literally organized my cart. All the upc symbols were lined up so scanning would be super easy! I get to the cashier and I let her know ,"I got everything all lined up for you !" She looks at me grumbles something about inventory and scanning and proceeds to pull everything out throwing it all over the place . A few items ended up under the check out counter that she just left there . When I said something she looked at me like I was supposed to pick it up for her!!!! One item was supposed to be free with a purchase and I wanted to make sure it was discounted properly.... Well, I made a critical error, I asked her to make sure it was taken off!!!!!! WOW! Note to self NEVER DO THAT AGAIN!!! She was not happy and told me to wait and find out . Hmmmmm ok! So all the checkout was done and it was time for the card. I asked again... her response was great, "I don't know you can look" That was my last straw. I had enough so she got back what she was giving! I tried so hard to take the high road but there are times when people need to be called out!!! What a day at Lowe's ! Oh for those of you that are thinking why didn't he ask for the manager? That was a lesson I already learned. He is like 16 years old and has a blank stare on his face . No help ! Jackson Lowes please have a team huddle ! Fix the customer service PLEASE!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Lowe's in Jackson, California. My husband and I ordered stock cabinets in February 2023 and it's now heading towards the end of April. We still have not received them. We have received multiple phone calls stating that the cabinets would be delivered the next day, but they never show up. The customer service we received has been completely unacceptable. Angelo Bonavera has been completely incompetent and unhelpful through this entire ordeal. We have had to call almost daily to get any updates and still received no help or cabinets. Even the store managers have been no help. They claim not to be able to use the software to give us false promises. Terry, the manager, has asked us to be patient, but nothing happens. Overall, I would not recommend Lowe's in Jackson California for anyone needing in stock cabinets. The service we received was horrible and our time and patience have been completely wasted. Save yourself the trouble and look for a different store with better service.
