Let me start off by saying the mother of the two sons is my absolute favorite we have a bond that ( CUTS DEEP ) literally haha I feel so bad she was teaching me late at night how to use the new knives I bought and I was being a pest and she helped me for a strait 1hr and a half and even after she cut her hands 3 times but accident she kept a smile and her professional state and continued to provide excellent customer service. Thank you for everything this entire family is amazing”
