This is for JB Awards and Embroidery in Jackson.Won't ever go back. Took my daughters cheer backpack to have her name embroidery on it. The lady told me the end of the week it would be done. Never herd back. Called a week 1 1/2 weeks later and the owner went to check on it and said "oh its still sitting where you left it on the front counter, I'll have it done today for you! We'll decided to let that go and myself and my husband went in and ordered his SAR hat(as tgey are the only ones that can do them). We were specifically told 1 to 1 1/2 weeks. Well that passed and I called and left a message asking where our order was. I received a text back stating it was done. Drove down there and it wasn't even correct! They didn't even put my husband's name on it!So I have to drive all the way back(we live up country) to get it today.I called and asked for a discount due to the issues. He said what issues? So I told him it wasn't ready when promised and then you told me it was done when it wasn't and now I have to drive all the way back. He just went silent! I said "I'll take that as a no?"He goes ya no it was just delayed...then he says I think I told you we were backed up. I told him no sorry that was never told to us and it was more than just delayed that it wasn't even right when you said it was completed.He then said well you already paid right and I said yes to he just offered a discount on a future purchase.I told him we wouldn't ever come back after both orders being a mess and neither being done when told, Im sure glad we didnt need them by a certain time! Told him he had crappy customer service as well.Not sure why he can't understand there was way more wrong than just a delay with both orders and a discount for the hat issues should be given.(not store credit). If it was done correctly when he said it was and I went to go get it then a little delay would have been OK but this is unexceptional!I wouldnt recommend having any work done here!

I took my nephew in to rent a tuxedo for prom. They were friendly, helpful and helped us get exactly what he wanted for the occasion. Highly recommend!

JB's over the last twenty plus years has done some personal work for me making hats , vests for me . Have also made up awards to be given to special people .the staff are very helpful Aaron and Jim have helped me every time JB'S is on main street sometimes parking is hard the store is one of the older building on main,

Came in this morning and asked "Do you do engraving". The gray haired gentleman replied " No... Only commercial and industrial, I'm sorry". No... I'm sorry... For coming in... I think he didn't like my look?? Little did he know I'm third generation from the area, and a six term elected official. So much for old fashion customer service! This community, this county was built on small jobs, by small businesses. Disingenuousness is what you get when you ride on the reputation of the previous owner. This is my opinion.....

I ordered a plague from a printed out phone pic. It turned out amazing. Jim gave me a date for the proof, had it on that date. Great customer service from Jim. Had the plague in a weeks time.

Thank you for the Amazing job you did on my son's letterman jacket. It was a total joy to work with you on it from the design to the completion. I will for sure be bringing the jacket back to have it added too for the next 3 years as he completes his remaining years.

It was amazing to see the vision he had come to light, how we were able to ad some personal touches by sending in photos of my sons cross that he wears.
