Had a little issue with my Thermador electric oven. Have no fear, Foothill Appliance is here! I love that these guys have embraced the digital age and I get a minute by minute tracking of where the technician is enroute and when they are estimated to get to my house! Chuck showed up within 2 minutes of the original estimated time and had the problem taken care of in less than 20 minutes! And it was all covered by warranty! Super knowledgeable staff and support team, friendly and very responsive! We couldn't imagine using anyone but Foothill Appliance for all our appliance purchases, service and support!

Chuck came out and checked out my washer and dryer. He was extremely thorough. The previous technician from a place in Sacramento said nothing was wrong with my machines and they just needed to be cleaned. Chuck watched my videos i took and after starting the machine immediately stated there was something wrong with the washer. Which I knew but was being gaslit by another company. Hopefully my home warranty will actually do something about it. But chuck was awesome and actually listened to me so I'm thankful he did a great job explaining the things that needed repairs.

Chuck came out today to diagnose an issue with my washing machine. He was amazing! Not only did he help me understand what was going on, but he got the washer working until the part we will be replacing comes in.
