So much for keeping business local. Showed up at 430 just to be told they were closed when online it states they close at 5. The only employee visible was a lady, whom turned us away saying they were closed. She stated they were closed due to her not having her lunch and that there was a line of people she was dealing with. There were approximately five people in the store, three at the counter with the employee and two sitting. She said that she was closing due to lack of her lunch. I'm totally okay with people saying they are closed but the way she went about it was not professional. She could've just said that due to her being the only employee available that she wasn't going to be able to assist us in the amount of time left before closing.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Comfortable and no pressure selling. I like that. Enjoyed the experience and every concern about my phone and plan were answered courteously. So far so good.

The experience I had today with Angela at the Verizon store in jackson was very helpful and she was very knowledgeable of everything I asked, very nice and helpful.

I went in to purchase 1 phone. The sales associate talked me into trading in all 3 phones on my account. She told me they were running a promotion and each phone would only cost $10 plus all activation fees. Silly me I believed her. I paid all that was due in store and left my phones. Lo and behold when I get my bill I am being charged full price for all 3 phones. This was a year ago and still is not fixed. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual Verizon store. This company is a scam.

Came to this store for a new service. No one even greeted me after 20 minutes. I finally walked out. Poor customer service for the most expensive carrier.

I came in yesterday jun 24th around 1pm in hopes to get a new phone. Walked through the doors and not even a hello or a greeting what so ever. I sat down and five minutes later one of the employees asked what I was there for. I told her, she wrote it down and then that was it. A bit later she was able to help me. Apparently only two phones were in stock? Which I don't understand why and all I could pick from was galaxy a12 or galaxy a42. Not happy. I wanted the new Motorola and she said that since I was prepaid I couldn't get it anyways which was a lie cause it says prepaid on the website. While "helping" me she was also on the phone with her mother which is very unprofessional. I can understand on the phone with a customer but your mother?! smdh. Left unhappy and unsatisfied and instead went to the Verizon at Arden fair mall. They greeted me right away and were so helpful. I won't be going back to the Jackson one

I am so grateful to have worked with Crystal today. She was she able to switch us over from our previous carrier seamlessly. She explained the process and any fees associated with our transaction. And she did it all with a smile on her face and a sweet disposition. Thank you Crystal! We will see you soon for our upgrades.
