SPENCER: This is for you! I openly boast of having a gift of being able to read people, from a phone call, and better in person. I knew when I talked with you on the phone how honest a person you are. And when we met (after a new alternator in my Mercedes), you lived up to my expectation. You did a fantastic job installing the alternator and suggested new serpentine belt. I have learned to trust few mechanics (and lawyers, politicians, etc. etc.) but my experience with you, SPENCER, reassures me that there are honest mechanics around (not sure of lawyers, politicians, etc.), so thank you for your honesty. And anyone reading this should know Spencer's shop may not have the appearance of a Goodyear or Firestone, but he will get the job done and at a very fair price. Why go anywhere else?

Spencer is honest, and does his best to find the problem and give you a fair estimate. His attitude is most to be commended. He is respectful and honors customer service. He has fixed problems I’ve taken to other mechanics that are clueless. He knows engines. He’s worked on my diesels, my Volvo, and handled the most complicated of issues. Thank you!

I have an old 3/4 Ford F250 truck. Spencer took it in and showed me all the issues w leaking seals on drums, damaged calipers on front rotors- he was exceptionally honest, and told me he would do his best to fit/work it in as we use it to haul cattle. Crossroads is a diamond in the rough. Super blessed/thankful we found an honest/exceptionally knowledgeable mechanic ( he's willingly worked on my Volvo too). Thank you!

My power steering went out this week and I was having a terrible time driving it. Took it in to the guys at Crossroads Auto and they quickly fixed it for me. I also had an issue with my brake light not working and they even took care of that and didn't even charge me. I really recommend this auto shop to anyone needing repair work done.Valerie S.

Was recommended by my uncle . I needed my cars ac fixed ,and didn't know where to go without getting ripped off . Went here like my uncle suggested.
