I've had cricket for over 5 years of service and I love them! They are always extremely helpful both over the phone and in person. Today I had to go transfer my iPhone 8 to the 14 pro and I was terrified to lose all my pictures.(Per my last upgrade mistake doing it solo) Theresa the store manager was so kind and knowledgeable, I appreciate her going the extra mile for me today. Definitely happy with my service, rate, and experiences.

**Update: customer service is TERRIBLE!Absolutely hate this place. Go anywhere else!!!Asked tweaker staff about discounts- none.Manager said they do honor medi-cal discount & could not refund me but will add to next month. Not happy with the customer service thus far.

This cricket has to be the worse in exsistance, employes are extremely rude and unhelpfull, I purched a phone late tonight after work and a lady there didnt even mange to activate my phone number and according to cricket "a phone purchased in-store MUST be activated in-store. This employe handed me my phone after having comfirmation code for icloud, instead of skipping past icloud login and simply enter a order code that only she at that moment had, I am now losing money and time, not to mention the headache do to this persons incompitence.

Extremely happy to have a store like Teresa. She is way to good at her job. Deserves a raise. And some. Not only does she make sure she takes of every customer anyway she is able to. But she often goes WAY above and beyond with her guest service. She is a fantastic asset to this company. Not only am I thankful to be a representative at her Cameron Park store, but I'm proud of her accomplishments and how much she has grown and helped me grow. Not just at the Jackson location but here at the Cameron Park location as well.
