We bought a property locally that had an Amerigas tank on it, we switched to JS West and didnt need the Amerigas tank. We called the same day JS West installed in April of 2022 to have them come pick it up, we never got any kind of confirmation that they were coming or when ect. It's still here a year and a half later, on top of that they are now trying to charge us for the tank. Ridiculous.

We’ve been customers for 27years, with automatic bi yearly fill ups....well, all of a sudden we’re beginning to smell propane, never imagining we were nearly out... We checked our last bill, they hadn’t been here in 13 mos..Plus they continually charged us Top Dollar, when we were supposed to, under written agreement, purchase at a much lower price. They never informed us in any situation. I can’t believe we stayed with them at all. So much for loyalty.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH!! This company should be ashamed to even be in busisness!!!! Customer service is a COMPLETE JOKE and I would recommend ANY other company or option. DO NOT USE AMERIGAS!!!!!

I wish I could give fewer stars. Can’t get ahold of anyone local, they take your money but don’t deliver even to their own schedule. Do not use this company!

They let me run out of propane in the middle of winter and now I have no heat or hot water. That should be enough information to help you decide whether to use them or not

If i could i would have given -10. Customer service is awful, drivers use profanity, driver said he'll try once to reach tank that he dont have time. Not my fault he is incompetent!! The other drivers had no problem!! He should be fired!!!!

Worst experience ever. We are on a route and have been for 20 years. You pay EXTRA to be on a route . For the last 2 years we do NOT get our tank filled, we RUN OUT. The calls for service are transferred out of the country and emergency service for takes 10 DAYS for a refill. Until then, you freeze. VERY POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY

Have been a customer for several years and I have absolutely hated it. We will order out when we're at 60% because often they don't come until weeks after you order. We have been stranded with an empty tank before and customer service will tell us "why did you wait so long to order?" We direct them to look at the call history on our account and it shows we called almost a month ago.We want to get rid of them so bad.

We paid our bill and they keep saying we can't order propane and we have kids and a elderly person living with us. They don't give you confirmation numbers after you pay your bill

I was called on Tuesday and told they were delivering my propane on Wednesday and if I was under 5% then someone over 18 needs to be there for delivery so I took the day off lost 160 dollar of pay they never showed up so I called and they said I was on the list to be delivered to and still no one showed no call no nothing I don't recommend going through them find someone else for propane
