Cheapest insurance around and Josh is just an all around nice guy. Get your Notary needs done also, he's the cheapest for that also.

Josh Kemper is very nice, and he has helped me get low insurance 56$ a month. Thought it's be more expensive. Very friendly place and respectful. Cute family too.
