Vons Chicken Isla Vista
955 Embarcadero del Mar, Isla VistaBest fried chicken in IV, gotten me through many nights where I didn't want to eat DLG anymore. Comparable to other Vons in the bay and get boneless for more value. Comes out to about the same price as Wingstop but is a hundred times better. I always get soy garlic with some yangnuym sauce on the side. Tldr: don't go Wingstop, GO HERE

6560 Pardall Rd unit c, Isla VistaA cozy coffee shop in Goleta, close to UCSB campus. A great place to study but looks like seats fill up really quickly. I ordered an iced Kozy (pumpkin spice syrup, cinnamon, caramel) with oat milk and it was pretty good -- think Cinnamon Toast Crunch, but in coffee form. This is one of the drinks from their fall menu. There weren't too many people when I visited, so they made my drink pretty quickly. Would visit again!

6530 Seville Rd UNIT 103, Isla VistaGreat selection of boba and food. One of the best places for boba in the Goleta/SB area. The boba is made a little firmer than other places but it is still good. Staff is usually really nice.I particularly enjoy their house black milk tea.
