  Best landlord in IV. Vicki is communicative, kind, and listens to your feedback! I lived in one of Embarcadero Company's apartments for two years and only moved out because I needed a smaller space. I have rented from two other landlords in IV, but Vicki is the best. I highly recommend renting from Embarcadero Company.

If you are looking to rent in the Santa Barbara or Goleta area go with Embarcadero Company.
