Very professional and efficient staff. Very friendly, too! They arrived on time and were very quick and careful with moving all of my stuff. I've used this company more than once and each time they have made the moving process less stressful. Highly recommend!

My 2 Men and a Truck team were communicative, timely, efficient, friendly and treated my furniture with care! I hope I don't have to move again for at least a decade, but when I do, I will definitely use Two Men and a Truck again!

I never got to use their services. I spoke to three different representatives on the phone. I kept calling back to try to get a reservation. But each time, the representatives were very rude; they continued to interrupt me and patronize me and treat me like an idiot. I've moved over 200 times in my life as well as have a genius IQ; I'm quite sure I'm not an idiot. Then when I persevered and got a quote it was for $5,500 to move a studio apartment worth of items a 5 hour drive away. Absurd! Do yourself a favor and contact anyone else but them.

I used Two Men and a Truck from the Peoria location last week. They made the difficult job of moving my piano from a main floor location to the lower level look "easy.". What was a daunting task for us became the most efficient and safe way to make the move. Alejandro, Joey and Dylan were on time, efficient, extremely courteous, and exceptionally professional! I would ask for them again whenever I have another job.I knew going into this it would be an expensive task; but I have no regrets with (in this case) Three Men and a Truck. They were worth every penny and it was done in less than an hour. Thank you so much!

Third time using this company for my move. Highly recommend!! Love the idea my items came the next day plus the truck had just my items in it.

SHADY company.... please beware! Ed Razo, the manager, is an unapologetic, rude, and arrogant human who will defend all the bad decisions his employees make... from technology not sending receipts, Andrea Guzman providing misinformation about exclusivity to the truck and the services I asked for, packing services, not returning phone calls for over a week and having to contact the corporate office to force them to return my phone calls, being hung up on by Sabrina more than once, the drivers asking for a specific tip, etc. YOU DO NOT GET THE SERVICES YOU ARE TOLD YOU ARE GETTING OR WHAT YOU ASKED FOR....AND THEY DON'T CARE HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT IT.My concerns and negative experiences did not matter to Ed Razo. Apparently, he doesn't depend on repeat business nor does he appreciate his customers in the slightest. He kept saying he is pragmatic and only states facts, but he is condescending, laughs arrogantly over you when you are speaking, interrupts and speaks over you, and doesn't care about your experience, and his facts mean leaving out our side of the experience completely.... I bet he wouldn't talk to a man that way. I'm disgusted.

My Two Men and a Truck moving team was awesome! Dustin, Abraham and Tavontay were speedy, took special care with my furniture and other items and were great communicators. Highly recommended.

The good things about this company were the movers who were professional and I had no issues with anything breaking or missing. They were fast and moderately careful. The reason I am giving a 2 star review was the inconsistent and somewhat deceptive information given prior to the move. Our move was scheduled on 07/01/23 and we contracted with the company on 05/01/23. The initial estimate for $1000-$1500 less than other companies we spoke to but it was an over the phone estimate and we only learned later on that it was not an accurate. Our initial quote did not have nearly enough boxes per room and also did not take into account the actual price of moving the boxes, only the cost of the boxes themselves. As someone with no experience with moving companies, part of the low estimate was my fault with not taking into account how many boxes we would need but I think it is very difficult for someone over the phone to give an accurate estimate for an interstate move. In hindsight, I would have picked a company that had a representative that came to my apartment or did a video walk through. This initial lower cost estimate is what made us choose this company and was just not accurate.Another thing I learned about moving companies during this whole process was how they make estimates for interstate moves, they can either use weight of furniture/boxes or cubic feet of how much space your furniture/boxes take up in the van. After reading through the terms and conditions it seems the industry standard is to use weight. I requested to have the truck weighed but they said they would not do that, instead they use the "industry standard size" of each piece of furniture and calculate their estimate based on cubic feet. The majority of our furniture was cheap and does not weigh that much so we would have very likely paid less if they would have just calculated the actual weight. I also felt it was very arbitrary when they came up with their numbers, I would remove 6-7 pieces of small furniture and added one office desk and somehow the price didn't change. I made a last minute change of adding my tv and taking out the office desk and still the price didn't change? Next time I move interstate I will definitely pick up a company that actually weighs everything and then just have a rate for the amount of weight and amount of distance travelled. That is fair and transparent rather than "industry standard size of furniture"Another issue we had was with our payment options. We had an email from two men and a truck stating that we would be able to use our credit/debit card despite the contract saying we had to use a cashiers check or cash. Despite having it in writing, 3 days before the scheduled move date they tell us we cannot use a credit card, I had been planning for two months to use the credit card and did not have ~$5000 in cash, nor could I come up with that amount of cash in 3 days. What is the point of getting things specifically in writing if they just turn around and say sorry we made a mistake the contract you signed says no credit card so you need to just come up with the money. Overall it felt like they were trying to get our business with low initial estimates and inaccurate statements of being able to use a credit card. Once we placed the deposit, it wasn't until less than a week before the move that our estimate increased and we were told we had to pay with cash, by that time it was too late to hire anyone else. They also refused to just weigh the truck when asked which I think is another red flag.I would be cautious hiring this company for interstate moves. Other reviews seem to be positive when it comes to local moves however.

I will admit I thought this company was going to rip us off, be careless with our precious junk, be irresponsible with security of truck. You name the worst case scenario and that's what was going to happen. Nope, not at all. Pedro and Oscar were fabulous. Within 2 minutes, I knew all my fears were ridiculous. Moving is expensive, having movers that are trustworthy, caring, not in rush, listened to us, is fricken priceless. They also did it with a genuine smile on their faces and a super friendly attitude! All my junk made it safely-- without a scratch, dent, chip, or crack! Moving day was the best ever because of these two gentleman! Pedro and Oscar thank you so much! If you are ever in the area please stop and say hello? I'll keep beef jerky, candy, and nuts in the pantry for you!

I was amazed how professional the movers were as well as the team to make sure I was satisfied every step of the way they kept on contacting me. Let me say moving is stressful already, knowing someone reaching out to make sure if everything was okay it is a bit relief that they got my back!!! Thank you for an amazing smooth moving, I will definitely contact you for my next move!

Everything about this move was GREAT! From the office staff to the moving team, my experience was professional, easy and even fun! During the move, the team played great music and at one point we were all singing! As stressful as moves can be, this team went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.Moved 4 bedroom home with stairs to 4 bedroom home with stairs.

I had a great experience with this company. It was my first time using their service but they were professional and patient through it all. I had to reschedule an appointment at the last minute but the staff were very understanding and helped ease my stress. Dennie and Valerie were always so kind, patient and understanding. They explained the process and managed any issues that I had come up. Love them. The moving crew were great. The guys were friendly and packed all my belongings very carefully. I'll definitely use Two Men and A Truck again. Thank you guys.

I never knew moving could be so smooth and easy!!! I hired this team on a recommendation from a friend - who is very particular with his stuff - and they far exceeded my high expectations! I had them both pack and move me locally from my small one bedroom apartment. They were very easy to contact, responsive, and transparent in their pricing. I have never hired a service to pack me before, and I'm never doing that tedious task again myself! They were very careful with my belongings and labeled all the boxes clearly - it only took them 3 hours! And unpacking was a breeze. The move itself was the next day and went completely smoothly except for some elevator troubles that were not their fault. All the folks I met (2 packers and 3 movers) were friendly, courteous, efficient, and even supportive - they realize how stressful moving can be! (I am even hiring them again only days later to utilize their small crate shipping service to send my grandpa's desk that doesn't really fit in my new place to my out-of-state parents.) THANK YOU Dennie, Christian, Justin, Kyle, Raymond, and Dewayne!!
