They recently fixed a problem with my auxiliary fan that also baffled other shops. Their prices are very reasonable and their knowledge of BMWs is great. “My Ford Fusion’s water pump went out & I contacted a few shops in the San Gabriel Valley where none of the shops were skilled to perform the complex repair for this 1.5L Ford Ecoboost engine. Even the local Ford Dealer service center never returned my two calls? Then I found Lima Auto Repair where Chris eased my worries & stated that they were totally skilled with these engines & had all the complex tools necessary. The cost were reasonable and the repairs were professionally done in a few days. Customer service, smartphone appraisal & approval process was awesome! “Sanders Towing is easily one of the nicest tow companies I've ever had to unfortunately deal with. One of my vehicles was towed here by the police after a collision. The staff at Sanders explained what I needed to access my vehicle to retrieve my belongings (didn't cost me anything) and get the vehicle released for repair. “I’ll never take my BMW anywhere else but here! Clement and Peter are excellent mechanics—they are honest and only fix what needs to be done without price gouging like others. They will keep contact the entire time your vehicle is there and update you as they go. What I appreciate most is that they use all genuine BMW parts and will show you and explain what’s wrong with your car. They are BMW specialists and extremely knowledgeable about these types of cars. My car had numerous problems after I bought it from a scammer on the street. I brought it here for repairs, and it turned out the timing chain was completely broken and the turbo was failing. Clement really went above and beyond to fix my car, even doing part of the work for free just to get it running again. I truly can’t believe people can be this kind and caring. Now my car drives like new. They have gained a customer for life! I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you so much!”
