Tried to open a checking account with this credit union I applied on a Sunday morning on their online service, the next day I received a email that I need to upload some documents which I did. I waited for days not hearing anything. On the portal you can send a email I send 2 and no reply what's so ever. The 3 ND email, I said I'm no longer interested. I deleted all my documents on the portal. I went through another credit union and was approved the same day with no problems . Don't waste your time with this credit union, you will be sitting at home waiting for a reply and never get one....

If i could give this company a negative 5 star review i would. This company is out to take advantage of its consumers. I refinanced a few of my cars with them one in particular was a car i bought for my grandmother. So when i started the process they told me they needed proof of insurance to approve the loan. I provided proof of insurance and they granted me the loan. Now fast forward 4 months and all of a sudden they can not accept that insurance because the car is in my name but the insurance is underneath my grandma name i don't drive the car it was just my gift to her. So now they are charging me with a cpi fee for their own insurance. When i refinance with them i made it very clear it's a car i bought for my grandma. The last 2 finance company's accepted the insurance with no issues now all of a sudden this company can not accept it.they did this on two of my loans. They did credit me the cpi fees back on one loan but not the one for my grandma car. I even offered to pay the loan off in full if they would credit me back the cpi fees which they wouldn't do. I'd highly recommend not going to this company.

Very nice lady, and when I'd be confused on what she was talking about the woman didn't sound annoyed but rather happy and patient to help and answer all my questions. Which I loved, and led me to ask more questions to help me understand even better.She was able to answer all my questions with ease and very quickly. The call was quick, efficient and caller was super kind, patient and sweet

Had them for over 5yrs. Never had a problem. Customer service is always great, call times are short. Plenty of in person offices/braches, and incredibly easy to access my money. THOUSANDS of ATMS, no problem.I use them as my main credit union

SCE Credit Union provides out of this World true customer service and gives attention to detail, right down to being absolutely Meticulous, in everything. Everything about them screams and exudes, very "Classy Classy" and Superior Customer Service in everything everytime. I am "over the Moon w/ these Cherubs" called SCE Credit Union Team ♥️ Highly recommend them to the entire World!

Staff has always been a great help in taking care of the members and does whatever they can to make sure our experience was a memorable one. Whether it’s advice, I formation, or protection of our accounts, they do their job well! I have never had a negative experience in the 20+ years my family has been members.

SCEFCU Is a wonderful bank. They have always been there for all my banking needs. If you are trying to buy a vehicle new or used. Be prepared for a process lacking fluid transition. From start to finish o had to talk with 3 representatives. The last representative had no idea what was transpiring from begining to end. A lot of time was lost. Many offers were over looked. I spent 3 hours with all documents in hand to do a job that normally takes 30 minutes. And that 30 minutes included getting to know your bank and representative very well. Wanting you to come back to conduct all your business in the future. This new process has me thinking of switching banks. Good luck all.

In that past I spoke with many people but she was different. She was knowledgable and very to the point. Answered all my questions and very effectively and professionally took care of my needs. Actually she was one step ahead of me.She is an asset and recommend to hang on to her.

I hate having to call customer service for any company because you never know what kind of service you are going to get. However I had to call to see why I wasn't able to use zelle and the agent was very helpful. She was very polite and knowledgeable and explained what happened. She confirmed my request was completed before I even had to ask and gave me some additional information. I appreciate the customer service she provided. You have a great employee.

Their customer service was excellent for several reasons. Firstly, their response time was incredibly fast, they addressed my concerns and questions promptly and efficiently. Secondly, their representatives were extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to provide me with all the information I needed. They were patient and took the time to ensure that I understood everything. Additionally, their communication skills were top-notch, they were friendly, polite, and made me feel valued as a customer. Overall, their customer service was exceptional, leaving me with a positive and satisfying experience.

My issue was resolved in a very timely manner. They suspected a fraudulent purchase and made sure I was protected. I have been with SCE Credit Union since the late 1980's. I am very happy with their service.

First off SCE call center Makes it short, easy and simple while in public it’s hard to give out your account number, but voice recognition pick me up that makes things a lot easier for the person handling. My car was Liz. I don’t know her last name but she made everything short and simple. So thank you this for making everything so easy I appreciate your services you do to help the people.

I called called sce credit union to get a cash advance into one of my accounts. . Was not sure how to do but the lady I spoke with on the phone was very courteous and helpful. Walked me through the process and explained how it was all going to work. The whole process only took a few minutes. I was impressed by her professionalism and was happy what I needed could be done over the phone so effortlessly. A very good experience with a business.
