She has a great selection of clothes and is able to order things and get items tailored on short notice. We highly recommend Xarposh if you need any kind of traditional Indian or Pakistani clothes.”
“My husband needed clothes for my mother's funeral, and from the minute we walked in we got excellent customer service, and we're given condolences at multiple moments. My husband was able to get his entire outfit, but it cost a little more than we had available at the time. They did what they could up to paying the last couple of dollars for me. At this time, I can't express how appreciative I am for that. We will return if my husband needs clothes again.”

“They always have good sales and coupons. They have a large variety of clothes, shoes, household items and other things. There is also a Sephora and an Amazon drop off desk for returns, which is convenient. I'd recommend this place to shop for anything for oneself or for gifts.”
“I was doing some frantic last minute holiday shopping and the whole team at this location was very kind and helpful! I wanted to give a special shout out to Alexander though whose customer service skills were amazing, 10/10!! Not only was he able to help me clarify which items were on sale and for what price, he also went out of his way to find me the size I wanted by calling another location to see if they had it! And even though I was bugging him the whole time I was in the store and pestering him with a bunch of questions, Alexander was able to assist me with nothing but a friendly smile the whole time! I also work in retail so usually i'm pretty observant when it comes to customer service in other stores, but I just had to comment on Alexander's because his was just through the roof (:”
“A friend was having a western themed 50th birthday party and I had nothing to wear. I yelped and found this spot and I was happy I did. They had a nice selection of western wear to choose from at good prices. I found three really cute shirts and my hubby found a nice shirt as well. The people were really nice too. I definitely recommend.”
“Came in with my mom and two kids this evening around 7p to shop for some jeans. We knew we needed to be quick since they close at 8p I believe.We roamed around for about 15min looking at jeans and still hadn’t been greeted. There was one associate on the adults side whom was just on their phone and not assisting anyone.After assuring ourselves to the fitting room, we left with a pair of jeans.”

“Went in on a weekend day not sure if it was Saturday/Sunday one of those days. Only two young males were working that day and they were pretty helpful, knowledgeable, polite with awesome people skills! Had a few questions on shoes and also on their sales they had going on and they were all answered. Also the service they provided fast and on point! Thank you VANS!”
“I made a comment on my last visit to Kohl's that I was unable to find what I was looking for in the brand, size and color that I wanted. To my surprise, I received an email from Melissa asking if she could help me. I gave her the information of the product I wanted. Next day she wrote back stating she had them and I could pick them up at the front register. At the register I was helped by Autumn who gave me a huge smile and asked how she could help me. I mentioned Melissa and what she had holding for me. Autumn immediately retrieved the items, I made my selections and she rang up my purchases and included my 30% discount coupon without my reminding her. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and that included waiting in line. THANK YOU MELISSA AND AUTUMN FOR SUCH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I sincerely appreciate your help.”

“Service was great. I came in to return some snowboard boots online. Landon helped me out. He was really cool to talk to and you could tell he loves his job. My situation was a bit tricky since I was returning an online order, but Landon & his coworker were able to handle it effectively. “I needed to get a dress altered for a wedding I was attending over the weekend. I came in and was greeted by two kind gentlemen and they answered all my questions. They took me to see the tailor and he was able to shorten the length of my dress exactly the way I wanted it, and he did it within an hour! He even steamed my dress afterwards! I am sooo pleased with everything! The pricing was great and the tailor was very kind too. Highly recommend! ❤️”

“Very cool skate shop they help you with all your needs took my daughter and to set up her board I don't know much about skateboards but the owner was a nice guy then try to rip me off by charging for the most expensive parts for her skate deck he gave me options and price points where I was able to pick for my daughter. Now I'm all regular with my daughter she stops by and he's always willing to help. They also have a variety of shoes and a variety of skateboards T-shirts. I would recommend people take their son or daughter that's beginning to learn how to skate. The employees are very friendly and helpful.”
“Went to Old Navy in City of Industry CA today. One thing that stood out at this site is I was approached by two associates at different times willing to assist me. I haven't seen this kind of service from any stores in decades.I have an illness that attack me with no warning; it happened while I was here. The associates gave me water and help sitted me. It was at about 2:30 PM shift and I can not stop telling my circle of people how happy I am to see such young people showing compassion and assistance thank you team”
