“Over the past two months I have been dealing with an extreme the difficult situation, my oldest son has been showing up after school late with strong smell of pot on clothes. I purchased a 10 panel Drug test kit back in January and found it very easy to use and plus it accurate. I confirm with the lab and it’s both the same result.I made my second purchase in the beginning of April it was on Oral cube device 10 panel with alcohol and it also was good accurate. This is a mother’s difficult time review.”

“I might be only twelve years of age and never got needles in my knees for Stem Cells but I come to this place almost everyday and everytime I come past the lobby and I see all their employee's working - I can tell they're working really hard. Everyone is at work for about 8 hours a day and another 4 hours at home. I never stop hearing the phone ringer go off! It's none stop. - This is also a multi-language business which is awesome! I sometimes help my mom with very small things like : cleaning up the offices or writing down her agenda on the whiteboard. I'm very limited right now for doing this stuff because I am currently doing many sports. - but so far... this place saves lives and will continue its great works. Thanks for letting me say my opinion.”

“Clinlab has calibrated and maintained our pipettes for more than 20 years now. Their service can't be beat they come right to our lab, do the calibrations on site, sticker our pipettes, and provide full calibration reports that are required per our quality system. We are in Long Beach and they will come down from San Dimas to our lab account for all of our pipettes get them calibrated and even refurbished on the spot.”

“The phlebotomist, Christina H. is truly an angel (she was literally an answer to my prayer as we were driving to LabCorp). The patient is my 77 year old special needs brother, who also has Parkinson’s Disease, which causes a tremor (so a moving target for anyone attempting to draw blood), AND, his veins are typically difficult to hit. Additionally, he has had some traumatic lab draw attempts, which causes him to be more anxious about having to have any blood work done. At one doctor’s office a few years ago, the nurse tried unsuccessfully three times, and then it took the doctor two more attempts before he got the blood sample. Recently, at a different doctor’s office, the nurse tried twice unsuccessfully, my brother fainted, threw up when he came to, and threw up again as soon as we got home. So it is against this backdrop that Christina H. came into my brother’s world. I filled her in privately about some of my brother’s history, and his special needs before she called his name. She was very kind, and treated him with dignity and respect. He asked her if she is a Dodger’s fan, and she said, “Yes!,” so he felt like he was in friendly territory, which helped him to relax a little in her presence. Most importantly, Christina’s technique was absolute perfection, which was captured by the confused look on my brother’s face when we told him she got his vein on the first try. He was perplexed because he said he didn’t feel the sting, and she wasn’t needing to move the needle around under his skin to try to get the blood to flow. When Christina was done, she pointed out to my brother that she was wrapping his bandage in “Dodger’s Blue,” which delighted my brother. The relief in all of this as an advocate for my brother brought me to tears. My brother has had to endure so much. Having Christina H. treat my brother with such compassionate professionalism AND to have her be a “sharp shooter” who made this blood draw his easiest ever is absolutely priceless! Thank you from the bottoms of both of our hearts. Needless to say, the next time my brother needs blood work done, we will return to LabCorp in San Dimas, and we will request Christina H. Because of this experience, I think that my brother will not only NOT be anxious going into his next blood draw, he will probably be looking forward to getting to return to see Christina H again!”

“All people saying negative things are lying. The phlebotomist is the best. She is very nice as everyone else described. She is a master at her kraft you won't feel a thing. Only two employees so you will wait a bit but you won't have any issues.”

“Quick. Professional. Easy. I took samples of popcorn ceiling to Micron Environmental Labs to have tested for asbestos on a Thursday morning. The assistants at the front desk helped me fill out paperwork, so I was in and out within 10 minutes. $50 per test seemed kind of pricey - but I understand why now. They send their findings and report back within the next day, as advertised. In the emailed report there was also a break down of the sample, so I understood what percentages of material the sample contained. I appreciated the efficiency and professionalism of Micron, and will take other samples here in the future!”

“I needed urgent care and found this place after hours. There been a lot of bad reviews but my experience was top notch as the attending physician addressed my child's needs and prescribed accordingly. Wait was minimal and facility is clean and modern. I'd use them again if my kid had an issue.”

“I've had a few different doctors, but Dr.Parveen Kaur, was honestly the best doctor I have ever had, other doctors that I have seen before her could not get my virus under control and undetectable, until I met Dr. Kaur, she adjust some of my medication, and was manage to get my viral load undetectable, and I will forever be grateful for that!, She was always a very thorough by communicating with me about my health and care, she told me personally that she had to resign and it was her choice, I was very saddened, and very disappointed to see her go, she was the best doctor I had ever had, and I miss her so very much, they're going to have a new doctor there at the El monte office, and I hope everything goes fine, with this new doctor, I will keep you up to date.”

“To be honest, I was hesitant & nervous based on the negative reviews. Thankfully we had a good experience. I brought my young child to get labs drawn. Cindy was the phlebotomist who took care of us & she was friendly, gentle, professional & very skilled. The only concern I had was the cleanliness of the shared restroom, which needs more frequent & better maintenance.”

“I've been visiting their Sun Lab for over ten years and usually check their schedule before showing up. Because of the community's popular location, workers go out of their way to accommodate a large number of walk-ins. They maintained the place nice; there were no thrills here. Because of the wide range of individual circumstances, nurses must probe several times to acquire a successful blood sample. On a good day, in and out time is less than 15 minutes.”

“The honesty and kindness out of this jewelry store is unbelievably amazing! Craig is probably one of the nicest man I have met. He answered all of our questions in detail and was so honest about it all!. My aunt felt very comfortable with him and the information he provided. If you ever need a gemologist, he is your guy!”

“I love this location because it's one of the few walk-in locations. Other labcorps you need an appointment and they are always booked at-least a week out. I arrive when they open at 7:30, check into the keypad and that's it. I find that they run efficiently here and all of the employees are skilled at catching the vein the first time making it quick and painless.”

“I went in without an appointment and waited roughly 20 minutes, although it felt much shorter! The staff is friendly and efficient. Make sure to checkin at the kiosk when you arrive, and have your lab paperwork and insurance card ready to present when they call you to the window to ensure everything goes smoothly. :)”

“I not going to lie the wait was long especially with older people with bum knees! But I now realize to have a appointment is a much better way to go ...lesson learned! A shout out to all of the workers thank you for being so nice!”

“If you are tech savvy .... You will love the this place. You check yourself in via a Kiosk. Staff are professional and very skilled. My mom made an appt in advance, so everything went smooth! “Today, Jennie, lab tech extraordinaire, was able to draw my blood with only one attempt. This is a minor miracle since I have the smallest veins imaginable. She was patient and kind.”

“Phlebotomists are nice! If you make an appointment, you get seen right away, not even a 5 min wait!Oh, and just a note for patients, drink lots of water before getting your blood drawn, otherwise the veins are dehydrated and makes the draw more difficult. Thanks to Leslie for letting me know!”

“Thank you Janet and Marisa. Janet who greeted me and helped me as a walk in she guided me on how to log in. I waited about an hour before being called as the waiting room was almost full and Marisa, the phlebotomist, was very nice made things quick and easy. I had been calling to schedule an appointment but the phone system/recording seriously has issues and it needs to be revised so its not so frustrating. I had been seriously dreading to come here because of the bad reviews listed here and on Yelp; But thankful things went well.”

“I procrastinated having my labs done because I didn't want to have to take even more time off work. I searched online and learned that this Quest Lab had Saturday morning appointments so I made an appointment. When I arrived, I checked in by responding to a text I had received. Sat down for just a couple of minutes and my name was called. The young man who drew my blood was very nice and professional AND I didn't even feel the needle going into my vein. I wished I remembered his name. I had two different Dr's requesting my labs so I gave him both orders and he made sure to enter everything into the system so both would receive copies - and they did. The entire process was so simple and painless. I never thought I'd write a review on labwork but this was deserving because of my experience there!”

“MS diagnostic is one of the few providers of in home medical testing. I see a lot of complaints about rude home service. I think it's more a matter of a tight schedule, they have a lot of patients to visit. I've used the service many years, and since I live right off the 10 freeway at the 710 freeway I am one of their first stops in the early morning as they are on their way to downtown Los Angeles where the bulk of their clients are. They may not be the most personable service providers, but it sure beats going in person to a crowded lab where you're surrounded by sick patients, and perhaps dozens of employees, some coughing and sneezing, that you are exposed to. One-on-one in your own home is always the best. It is true they are very lacking in providing sample containers for you to fill. They have called me from my street asking if I have samples ready for pick up, I tell them I don't have the plastic containers to fill. I ask them to drop them off and I'll have them ready by the next day. I'm sure they have dozens of empties with them. They always refuse to drop them off when they are in my area, instead having their Monrovia office mail them to me. Often just one container, when most patients need two. It can take a week to get the containers by mail, delaying vital test results. The instructions they mail you with the sample containers are faint, illegible xerox copies. You can't even read their phone number.”
