I really like this facility. I had a problem with a nurse who did not listen to me when I told her I had a concussion (I was not being seen for the concussion), and that I use the wrong words for things. Apparently I said something to offend her. She came over and was about two inches from my face and spoke to me like I was a child. Medical people have to remember that they are treating the whole person and there are other things that happen to their patients that they need to hear. She should have told me what I had said and I would have apologized, I do not remember because when word soup is flowing, I have know idea what the words are. If a medical professional cannot deal with people who have temporary cognitive issues, then they should leave the medical profession.

I came in to the emergency room one clock my son has fevers sore throat cough and throwing up and I see other kids get here after less than 20 minutes they are in. I ask the nurse, she told me it is because they are sicker so you are telling me my son is not sick. Huh

Laboratory lady is very disrespectful for today September 12, 2023 at 9:08am! Clearly the the two older ladies are going in for labs because their name was on the screen but mrs lab lady was saying they shouldn’t be there. The ladies didn’t speak English but the the lady was telling the rudely to go outside because she probably thought they don’t belong there for some reason! I was just dropping off some lab orders and she was being a rude lady! Next time ask before you go off Lady in the back of labs !

Had to pick up my partner after a procedure they said to come in 20 min and I came 40 min later since I live far and Iv been sitting waiting in the 90 degree heat for the last HOUR! wasting my gas with my AC on in my car.. hospitals never really care about your time or money and yet it’s still disappointing. This is specifically for the gastrointestinal department but I’m sure all are as inconsiderate.

This office is clean, spacious, and well designed. All other offices should be modeled after this one. We come here for pediatric Opthamology and have had nothing but good experiences with the nurses and Doctors. Just a note that since this office is primarily for Opthamology, their pharmacy doesn’t have all drugs. If you place a regular pharmacy order there, it will most likely be cancelled. Just a heads up!

Maybe for patients it’s a good experience, but as far as working here it’s completely political and very bias also they practice favoritism over knowledge, I worked as an SPD technician and the workers there aren’t friendly at all, they would scowl whenever you’d ask them questions, I wouldn’t say they are friendly and professional, the manager Jack is a complete j*** without any knowledge to analyze just goes by what he’s told, don’t work here they will make your life miserable if they don’t like you, purely political don’t trust them.

I just went in for my "every 5 years" Colonoscopy at the Irwindale facility. This is a very easy to navigate hospital off the 605N and Ramona exit. This is a newer hospital and very modern and clean. The staff there is very friendly and the nurses have a great sense of humor to put you at ease. My admittance was streamlined and i was quickly checked in and prepped. This is never a procedure i look forward to, but necessary for those of us over 50.Very positive experience and will be back again in 5 years to keep an eye on colon health status.

Never knew about this location. It's a medical center like Baldwin Park was but it's not a hospital. I only know because my niece had to come here to get her colonoscopy. I was so impressed with the building. How it's laid out how it's designed. They're very efficient. Everybody greets you and is eager to help you find whatever department you're looking for. What an awesome awesome new location. I guess you can tell by now I'm quite impressed with the place. So I hope you're all having a wonderful day. Kudos to all my followers may you do well today.

Had the chance to visit here before all the social distancing and self-isolation. Needed meds but couldn't get them through mail-order. Parking was a breeze, there was no line, no waiting. The only downside, they didn't have enough of the meds prescribed to me. The pharmacist was kind enough to call ahead to KP Baldwin for me to just line up for pick-up.My second visit was for a lab draw. I didn't have an appointment, but I was seen in under 5 minutes. That is including check-in. The actual blood draw was fast and painless too. As usual parking was phenomenal. No headache at all. I'll be sure to have my next blood draws here.Today, I found out they do COVID testing too! That’s super. Although it’s not drive through, it was a lot faster than going through the BP Kaiser for COVID testing. I’ve waited 30 minutes to 1 hour ove there. Here at this facility, with check in, I was done in under 10 minutes. And I can’t stress enough about the super abundant and easily available parking!

Great doctors but when you call be prepared to have them hang up on you. Could be a glitch or could be their way of dealing with too many calls but it happens often.
