Here are the events of today:Needed a mattress to be delivered asap to my home.10 a.m. = called Superco to see if they have a mattress in stock.10:15-10:30 a.m. = showed up and saw/sat on mattress. Paid for mattress.12:30 p.m. = Received a call for mattress to be delivered.1:00 p.m. = Mattress in 2nd floor bedroom!I can't speak to the pricing, because I really did not shop around for a mattress, but they did offer me a slight discount based on a promotion that they were having. They also have Ashley furniture sofas there, and the same models on the Ashley furniture website are 20-30% more from Ashley's directly. I'm not sure how that works, whether it's an open box situation or what, but the prices are lower in that regard. No cash discount though.I speak mandarin and I can understand mandarin, but I prefer to communicate in English. I only spoke English and the staff speaks English perfectly fine.Thanks Young and Ken! I can tell you guys really tried to accommodate me. I'll be back for sure!”

“Best place to buy a pool table or anything for a game room! Hands down the best customer service, inventory and even custom orders.We bought a Plank and Hyde pool table that we just love and get compliments on all the time! We got the matching cue holder and triangle and ordered barstools with the color seat that we wanted and it makes the room look so nice.The accessories don’t seem that important at first if you are not an experienced player but it made all the difference! My husband and I had only played a a bit before just for fun but on Kathy’s advice bought some upgraded pool cues called Cynergy from Cuetec. Wow, what a difference and we played so much better! And just this weekend we visited the store and I got the Cuetec glove also. Again, a wonderful surprise in how much it helped!We just love this store and everyone there is so nice and knowledgeable. Kathy, the owner, is so sweet and Olandy is a real pro and even gives lessons on how to play pool!We are so happy to have found this store!”

“I really do love TJ Maxx, for the most part. The selection is great, prices are good, and the customer service needs attention.First example: I found a pillow on clearance but no price. Couldn't find an associate and after I did, she looked around for the same pillow. Needless to say there wasn't one. Looked around a bit more and pulled a price from who knows where of $19.Second example: I'm at the register with probably 10-12 items. The cashier gets to the last item setting there and says I don't think I rang this yet and rings it without thoroughly examining the receipt. I get to my car, while loading the bags, glance at my receipt. Sure enough, rang twice. I'm in a hurry but I have to go directly back in because then it is very difficult to prove. In addition, I mentioned I was looking for just a glass bowl cover and couldn't find one. He says, I just put one away yesterday. Doesn't offer to assist, doesn't call anyone, nada.Does customer service even exist anymore?”

“So I reached out to these folks last year and they had a pretty substantial wait list. Let me tell you, THEY ARE WELL WORTH THE WAIT! Our furniture (six chairs and four table legs) was methodically and beautifully refinished. I was so impressed I asked them to refinish the table that the legs went to as well. I was heart broken to hear that they were not accepting custom orders and wanted to do more creative work of their own, but only because I wish they had told me that earlier! They showed me some of their custom pieces, signs, and photos on their website and I wish I had known sooner! I would have loved something more creative than refinishing my boring black furniture white. It was literally something my mother was complaining about, how boring white was!The company is run by a mother daughter duo (Sandy and Kayla) and they are really communicative and respectful. They also offered pick up and deliver and updated me with progress and pricing with images. With all of the rain it took a while to get my order back, but they let me know each time why there was a delay and it was always to ensure quality of their work. If I am lucky, they said they'd let me know if they'd be willing to finish up our table top. I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that they will because their work is truly great quality and well worth the wait.”
