I ordered a pair of shadow tail lights for 300c. Beautiful but right side continuely fell off eventually losing it.I emailed FastHemis and after no response, I tried again. They immediately got back to me and forwarded the message. They are now sending me a new right tail cover, free of charge. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Thank You

If you expect anyone to return or even answer a phone call after you've purchased products from them, you'll be out of luck. I have called 4 separate times and left messages to call me back about an issue with their product, and recieved no response. Poor customer service and product.

Highly recommend these guys! Ordered some springs for my 300S. About 45 mins after I placed my order Joe called and let me know the brand I ordered sit pretty low on the S model and recommend a different brand. Ended up costing a few bucks more but better than having to buy springs twice. Thanks a lot Joe! You just earned a customer for life

Worst customer service I ordered my radiator that cost me $700 and it did not fit like it said on their page. It’s Been three weeks since any updates on my return label to return.

Customer service will be in contact with you and then when you receive what you ordered and it isn't the right one that was ordered they no longer help you and just ignore your emails with no help. I ordered an exhaust system that was supposed to come with black ceramic tips and I received chrome tips. When I try to contact them to see what I need to do or what they can do to help all I get back is they are trying to figure it out and now they just ignore me.

Great customer service. Called me the day after my order to make sure the item was right for my car, which it wasn't. He then upgraded it for free for the item that does work! I will definitely be ordering from here again.

I could write a essay on how bad the service was. I ordered headers and thought I ordered midpipes with it since it said it in description but under it, it says midpipes:none. I thought this was very deceiving. But when I received the headers they were poking out of the box and the box was halfway ripped apart holes everywhere and all the hardware including o2 sensor was missing out of the ripped up hardware boxes. I emailed them and it was the biggest hassle for them to ship the midpipes with the difference of the o2 sensor. I can only hope I get a refund at this point.

I had high hopes for this place since I just purchased a 2020 Durango Rt and I ordered an intake for it. They called me to verify since my billing and delivery addresses are different which I did appreciate. I asked when the item would ship and if they can send me more info on what they have available for my suv as I was interested in many accessories. I did not get any info I requested so I emailed to ask if I can get a tracking and my email was not answered. I let another day go by and yesterday I emailed again explaining I didn't get a response and finally I got an email back saying they will contact the mfg to get an update for me. Again I never heard back. I emailed again today to once again try to find out what's taking place with shipping and again I was told they would find out and contact me back... as expected I did not hear back again. Absolute horrible customer service and I will never buy from here again. I am a business owner as well and I would never treat my customers this way.

I ordered a part from them a month ago, no phone call, no email, no part. I understand the conditions we're dealing with, but where's the communication. absolutely trash!
