“We've been coming to the Temple City Bike Shop for several years, and each time it has been a pleasant experience. Like other bike shops, they sell several bikes, bike parts, gear, and accessories, and they have a space in the back with all the equipment for repairs. But what sets them apart from other bike shops is their excellent service and passion for all things bikes. We took a bike that we assembled at home in today to have it checked for safety and alignment. The owner, Ron, heard us out in the parking lot trying to get our bike off our bike rack, and immediately came to help us take off our bikes. Within an hour, they had our bike inspected, tires aligned, and reloaded back onto our car. We were charged $35 for the fix, which is a little pricier than other stores around, but you're sure to be satisfied with the results. We have gone to a bike shop more local to us before to replace a tire, only to have to come back to Temple City Bike Shop again because we were still having trouble with that bike. So to save ourselves from that trouble, we now drive a little further out for repairs. We also have two bikes purchased here, and they've lasted at least three years now, with no issues so far! Thank you again to Ron and his team for being an amazing local bike shop and fostering a bike loving community.”

“This place came highly recommended from an existing customer, so I brought my parents here about a year ago to help them purchase their E-Bikes. We didn't really know anything going into it but that was okay because the staff was highly knowledgeable in all ebike-related things: cadence v torque sensors, mid-drive v hub-drive, etc. Because this is an E-BIKE ONLY SHOP, they know their stuff. They know what kind of lock will keep your bike safe, they know the specs on all their bikes, and they only carry brands that they trust are quality bikes because they care about customer safety especially when dealing with a bike that can go nearly 30 mph! My parents ended up getting an Electric Bike Co and an Aventon, with added accessories and helmets. They both love them! After saving up for a year, I came right back to this store where Scott helped me find the right bike for me after I test rode nearly 5 bikes. You can tell the employees really love their job and are very passionate about the products. They sell accessories too for decent prices; I got a basket, tire inserts, and an upgraded seat. They installed everything that day and I got to bring my baby home. They also offer a warranty from their shop because they are CONFIDENT in the products they sell. When my husband is ready to make the switch, he'll be coming right back here.”

“I lost the bolt that holds the shift cable to my derailleur. I went to a couple bike shops but they didn't have the correct bolt and could only offer me a whole new derailleur as replacement. I knew the bolt was something I wouldn't find at a hardware store so I gave Stans Bike Shop a try since I was in Azusa for other business. The gentleman working in the front of the store found a replacement immediately. It was only a few bucks. I was going to pay with my ATM or credit card because I didn't have any cash on me at that time. The guy told me the fees alone to use their machine were going to raise the price of the bolt to around ten dollars. I told him I'd check my cup holder in the truck for spare change but I only had around $2 dollars in there. He told me that was ok and added the difference from his own pocket! I was ready to come back another day or try somewhere else. That was a very nice thing to do. They now have a customer for life just because that simple gesture in great customer service. Thanks again to the guy who helped me today.”

“I'm all the way down here in Florida, and CSC is more supportive than dealers local to me!I bought a 2023 CSC RX4, shipped within less than 2 months, and as of writing put 1330 miles on it. I had my first coolant leak with the thermostat, replaced under warranty with no questions asked. It came in three days, and we (Dad and I) repaired it without further hassle.Their customer service is off the charts, and I can't think of any motorcycle dealer that comes close to how caring this dealership is! 100% recommend if you're looking for a value ride.”

“TLDR: fantastic service and fantastic track bikes. The best you will get in this price range!Long story:I was in need of a new track bike after my precious custom Fuji Track Pro was stolen last week. It was foolishly expensive (~$1500) because building cool and unnecessarily high quality track bikes part-by-part was a hobby of mine 15 years ago.Now though, I just needed something that was decent quality, reasonably priced, and reasonably sexy.I spent a few days looking around on offer up/craiglists/FB marketplace to see what options exist these days. It seemed the sweet spot was between $400-$700 based on things like a new tracklord or used fuji track pro/leader.However the bike that really caught my eye was this weird, seemingly self-made bike called the Raptor (or Cyborg) from SGV bicycles. It had the coolest frame I'd seen in my price range, this awesome 70mm chonker of a rear wheel, and seemed easily customizable to my liking (drop bars, etc).Rather than spend weeks continuing the search for a used bikes (and likely still ending up running into issues with whatever I get) I decided to drive down to SGV (1 hour away) and check it out in person.I was greeted by Zoe at the door who was super friendly. It was a bummer and a little awkward that I had to stand outside, as their showroom is still closed, but she happily tolerated my barrage of questions and brought a Raptor out for me to take a look at.After about 20-30 minutes of discussion--including finding out the frame was designed by Henry's (the other co-owner) brother!--I concluded to YOLO and pull the trigger on the purchase.Henry built it out for me with leader track drops, a 17T cog, and a seat pad at no extra charge. I also added some Wellgo straps for an extra $20. They even worked with me to adjust the seat 5 or 6 times until it was the perfect height.Been riding it every day for a week now and have had zero issues. I will probably replace the pedals with some higher tier sealed cartridge ones soon, but other than that i suspect I'll be riding this thing as is for years to come.Overall I am super happy with my purchase and couldn't recommend SGV or the Raptor/Cyborg more highly!
