Woodbury Town Center is a great place to spend an afternoon! I recently visited Rock N Road Cyclery, my go-to bike shop, and was impressed as always by their knowledgeable staff and wide selection of cycling gear.

It has a little bit of everything here in this center, but the amount of people, traffic, and the insane parking lot........its not worth it to me. I would much rather go to a different shopping center based on the parking and traffic alone. Just about daily there is an accident that takes place or a really close call.

I do not recommend this crowded place. It's a dirty and chaotic plaza that filled with reckless speeding drivers and teenage e-bikers who think they're some kind of hotshot racers.??

In the past week, I went to the Woodbury Town Center in the evenings. Both times I went there, I saw a pack of rats running across the sidewalk. Makes me wonder how infested the town center must be and therefore the restaurants and shops there. Sad to see the Irvine Company not keeping up with its maintenance. It’s not sanitary and it’s rude to the residents and customers.

This place is usually too crowded. The parking lot sucks. It’s too hard to get around. There’s too many people in a hurry. All the kids run around. I always try to avoid the area if I can it’s not really worth it.

Nicely laid out centre, good ancor stores to cover pretty much all your needs. Groceries, Pharmacy, households, crafts, home improvement, garden, pets, salons, massage center, banks, restaurants and cafes.
what is nice is shopping is separated from entertainment, making it easy in and out.
